Stopped by to get my boyfriend crutches. Julio was a great help! Very kind, made sure the crutches were the right height, & even loaded my boyfriend’s wheelchair for me. Would highly recommend for any of your medical equipment needs!

Had perscription, given wrong wrist brace, tried to return told no returns. Was told never happened. I took it in and now they claim it smelled like smoke. It smelled new to me. Rip off they sale wrong things. And come up with reasons for no returns. She alteady told me on the phone she was gonna examine it so i knew . Dont buy from them. No parking u have to walk in the rain. Not a place id ever recommend. They rup upu off. She told me 5 people brought he same thing back.

This place is so difficult to work with. They are rude, uncaring and will not work with you. They won't deliver oxygen bottles, and they won't supply things they are supposed to, just because the insurance won't give them full price for it. Trust me, find somewhere else to go!

First they tell me that my cpap Machine was Malfunctioning they wanted to reach out to dr Patel for a scrip for a new machine then they wanted me to let them try to fix it because the dr refused to write the script I was tired of the run around changed dr and the new dr handles the machine in house Downey was up set because I changed so they lied and said they offered a loaner machine which they did not then they said that they changed their minds my machine was fine go figure so don't believe them they lie Downey totally lied

Did a 1 because you have to mark something. Never got far enough to know if their services are good, because the lady handling insurance kept telling me I had to pay full price for a CPAP because the family deductible had not been met. She did not understand how the individual out-of-pocket limit works. I had already called my insurance company and found out from them how much I had to pay before Blue Cross kicked in. The lady at Downey's said she called the insurance company and her billing department and they said I had to pay it all because the family deductible wasn't met. So either my insurance company lied to me or the lady at Downey's did. I am betting it was the lady at Downey's. Watch your money.

Thinks for the help setting up my new cpap I got the Resmed cpap and very happy it's the right sides for me we like to go camping in our camper and the sides is wright for us so thinks again
