( You are playing with your life with this doctor)After receiving severe mental brain trauma I was treated like I was going to a gas station every time I went to his office. You will never see a Doctor you will only see an intern.Or a registered nurse. If they promise to give you referrals you will never get them ever. You will set appointments and show up.
And they forgot to write down your appointment. I had my disability dis continued three times because of their incompetence. I've only met the Doctor twice both times he was extremely rude to me. He is the second worst Doctor I have ever had only because the first Doctor almost killed me.

The office staff, Johanna, Ivonna and Diana were extremely kind and personable. Destiny, from the back office , was also very kind and patient. Dr. Parvinchi was very professional, gave me sufficient time to explain the reason for my visit. I am looking forward to further visits at this clinic.

The worst experience I could have. Dr. Amir Parvinchi is in another office in Canyon Country which I got an appointment a month ago, and emphasized I need an appointment for my mom with him NOT other doctors as he is the only Persian speaker in the clinic. I got there and was visited by an English speaker practitioner which I said I need a Dr. for my mom that can speak Persian as my mom needs to go to him and she can not speak English well. They apologize for the inconvenience and said next 2 weeks Dr. Parvinchi will visit her. I got so many msg for reminding the appointment and was present there at the time of the appointment, but unbelievably I was told Dr. left and he was aware of my situation and my need of his visit, and he didn’t care. They apologized and they said he can see my Monday at Sylmar place. They didn’t even bother to call me sooner to let me know not to drive to the clinic. There should be a trust Mr Parvinchi between Dr and patience, which is built during the time, unfortunately u ruin it without even try to make it. I’m so sorry for such doctors that their time is more important than others.

Not a good medical office. It takes an eternity to get to get a hold of someone on the phone, even for a refill of your medication. After coming here several years, I've have never seen the actual Dr. they always have a Nurse Practitioner instead. Even though I've asked to see the Dr prior to making the appointment. So, I'm switching to another practice.
