I had went to Dr. Rastogi for many years up until 2021 an I wasn't going to leave this review but I think ppl need to know! Keep in mind when I tell you she had been my Dr for at least 7 years when this happen. In April 2021 I lost my mom to suicide Easter Sunday in the few days following I called to make appt my anxiety an blood pressure everything was out the roof. When I got to her office an seen her I had never been treated so bad in my life!! I asked for something just to help due to everything I was literally going thru an she told me "your going to end up like your mother is that what you want"!! Sent her office personall in to speak with me. I have not been back since!!!

My husband had an appointment with Dr. Rastogi today. He is currently on oxygen, 24 hours a day. During his visit with the doctor he noticed that the oxygen tank he was using was out of oxygen. The doctor was asking him questions and when he said he was out of oxygen and had to go to the car to get another tank, the doctor got ANGRY and said he needed to WAIT until she finished her questions. WHAT!!!?
YOU CAN BELIEVE WE'LL NEVER VISIT HER OFFICE AGAIN!!!!

We have been patients here for convenience the past couple years. We rarely see Dr. Rastogi but her NP is GREAT! Dr Rastogi is very DRY and dismissive to any real problems. When presented with mental health issues her words were "do you want to take something about it or talk to someone about it" Also myself being diagnosed with an autoimmume disorder you would think that your primary care physician would try to work you in when you have cold and flu symptoms but I had to call up repeatedly to even get a "virtual" outdoor visit. The office parking lot was empty. Her front counter staff is RARELY helpful. There is one named Christy(?) that is always sweet and offers help but this past year of 2024 whoever is manning the phones just cannot be bothered with questions and will just try to have you book another appt to just have a simple question answered. Working in the customer service industry this absolutely baffles me why people would treat patients like this. Avoid this place.

I've been seeing her,Dr.Rastogi, for a few months now. She has been fairly well in helping me with my needs. I've had a lot of tests done and I am not clear on what to do next. I'd like to know what to do next, I guess I will just have to call and figure that out. Other than that, she has been good. I give her a 4 star review,(she almost got a 3 star rating)but people may see that like I am giving her a 1 star,so I am going with 4 stars. Thank you for reading this long review. Me personally, I like short reviews.?

I had the pleasure of visiting this facility last week and was amazed by the wonderful service I received. The front desk was pleasant and welcoming upon arrival. Their professionalism was insurmountable relative to the other doctor offices I visited. During intake, the nurse who took my vitals was very patient, knowledgeable and exemplified the true characteristics of what all nurses should possess. The Nurse Practitioner that I saw was also very patient and knowledgeable in her field. She was very attentive to my complaints and went above and beyond to ensure that I received the correct referrals/testing. They all shared stories that were very helpful to my well-being. I look forward to working with this staff in the future.

I went to her for years. I went to her for convenience, 1 mile from my home. I suffer from disabling migraines. They rule my life. I called her & someone there answered. She was being short with me because I was needing Imitrex & ask her for more than 9 pills. U would think I was asking for major pain pills, but I wasn’t. She was raising her voice to me and was very hostile towards me. She finally hung up on me. I called back that afternoon. I ask to speak with the Dr, but she wouldn’t come to the phone. She said I couldn’t come there any longer because I was talking to that lady mean, cursing and said I hung up. I never did those things.I was in disbelief. I don’t curse! She called in 9 Imitrex pills. I got a letter from her saying she couldn’t help me any longer with my migraines. She wasn’t professional at all. She left me hanging and without much medication at all. Before that she. Always gave me the run around. I didn’t like her and I didn’t care for her doctoring either.
