Dr. Motamedi is a fantastic PCP, he cares for his patients as if they are his own family. Ida is very personable and friendly. They get you in quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend!

The Billing department has been quite inefficient. They incorrectly coded a routine annual check-up I had and ended up charging me for the visit. I contacted my insurance, and they confirmed that Motamedi had submitted it incorrectly. When I called Motamedi, they claimed it was submitted correctly and directed me to contact Quest Labs. Quest then informed me that they do not handle coding and advised me to follow up with Motamedi again. I'm now back at square one, caught between the parties with no resolution. I've called the office multiple times and was told to speak with a specific staff member, but she is rarely available at the office. I dont recommend this office at all pulling out my family and my relatives out of this practice.

A good doctor starts with being a good person with good intention. Doctor Motamedi is just that. His office runs in a very creative and nontraditional way that has the best interest of his patients in his hart. He provides excellent care at an affordable cost. I appreciate that he seems easy going and relax rather than scaring me to death like most other doctors do. If you are a new patient, you will see what I mean after a couple of visits.

I'm a recent patient of Dr. Motamedi.
I'm very impressed with Dr. Motamedi's bedside manner. He listened to my every concerns, (One of my pet peeves) he ordered bloodwork for me right there at he's office.
People at the front desk are always very professional and helpful. I specially appreciated the prompt action to my request to transfer my results. My only regret is that I wised my wife, daughters and I had known about him, sooner. Also, I need to thank him for the fact that he cared so much about informing me ASAP about my being a diabetic and helping me to remedy it.

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! My husband passed away in September, 2024. I had to inform his doctor and have death certificates signed stating his death. Months later, (Today) I receive an email signed off from his same doctor "Hope this message finds you well, here's an outstanding balance due." Please explain to me how writing, "I hope this message finds you well" is alright? Is my husbands death some sick joke to this place?! I don't recommend this place to anyone. Called and notified the desk to stop emailing me after his passing and the desk (letter) were so insensitive to this matter. For your information (As you would KNOW), He's not well, no longer here. Thanks.

Both my husband and I go to Dr Motamedi. He makes himself as available as possible for his patients. He works hard to take them in as they need. Very invested and seems to genuinely care for patients needs. Highly recommend this office

I am leaving an anonymous review just in case I can’t find another doctor soon. Dr. Motamedi is quite full of himself and does not seem to share any concern for his patients. Processes are so unorganized and I can tell his management of the office is horrible. I am always calling to check on the status of medicines and it is always the same response of him needing to sign off on something. I am always waiting time and time again for something he lazes around to do. Not to mention he actually disgusts me as a person hygienically as well. I caught him cleaning his ear with a pencil he uses and it is disgusting to think that he writes information about patients he just saw with an ear wax pencil. Ethically you aren’t supposed to treat patients like a paycheck…but that is exactly how he makes it feel as he has no compassion or bare human decency for anyone. This guy needs to be out of health care, no space for people like him in the field.
