I’ve never felt more uncomfortable picking up a prescription. The pharmacy technician was impersonal, rude, and clearly impatient. She made the entire experience unpleasant and unwelcoming. There was no basic courtesy or willingness to help — just attitude. I will not be returning and will be transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere.

I came in to get my OrthoFeet shoe laces switched out. I tried myself, but was having difficulty.
Erin Moffitt helped me. She worked on my shoes between customers. I'd say she spent about 45 minutes. She went above & beyond for me. I appreciate her because customer service is just not the same anymore. She definitely demonstrated excellent customer service. I almost wanted to give up, but she patiently continued to work on them.

Horrible customer service! Not willing to work with their customers when the doctor made a mistake on the script. Now we are out money and can't even use the medicine. What a waste. They could at least issue a credit to their store or something. Will not be recommending this pharmacy.

They were very good we purchased a cane - 169.00 walker and an over 2,000 chair. I did not even think about Medicare paying for these things until after the fact and Medicare would have paid 80%. Dr Aziz when I called said (after making 2 calls to make sure) are NOT Medicare approved Supplier just keep that in mind when purchasing high priced items. We are out of luck unless (which I would love to do tomorrow) to get reimburse our Medicare payment of lots of money. So be aware when you buy these items it’s covered 80% on your Medicare at a Medicare Approved Supplier (Kroger-CVS are )
