I will not be going back to Dr. Wade. My last visit with her was quite traumatic. I've been seeing her as my PCP for over a year, and I came to her as a patient who struggles with anxiety and a chronic pain condition. She is typically cold and not very friendly but my last appointment with her was the last straw. She had not a shred of empathy for what I was dealing with. She was incredibly dismissive with my concerns, and in fact acted like I was trying to get something out of her, rather than offering any support. She did not even ask about my physical pain symptoms and instead increased my medication even though I expressed concern with the side effects. I left the appointment in tears and was just shocked at her lack of bedside manner and human empathy.
On top of this, I had to wait 3 weeks for the appointment and she spent no more than 5 minutes in the room with me.
Outside of this last appointment, the past 2 or 3 appointments I've had with her have had to be rescheduled because she was out of office.
I don't understand how people can become doctors without a shred of empathy.

Dr. Wade was standoffish to my daughter, her office did not practice Americans with Disabilities Act standards by communicating medical needs in her waiting room in the presence of other patients, and then blamed my daughter. She prescribed a different insulin for my daughter, but when we called for clarification, we had to leave four messages and then someone got back to us at the last minute. My daughter was adamant she would never go back to Dr. Wade and the interaction soured her on her diagnosis.

Dr. Wade herself is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled but also has a genuinely caring demeanor that puts you at ease. She takes the time to listen attentively to your concerns and provides thorough explanations and personalized treatment plans. It's evident that she truly cares about her patients' well-being.

I’m very disappointed by my experience with Dr. Wade and will not be going back to her office. She talked down to me, cut me off from speaking, and got angry with me wanting to get a second opinion based on a medication she recommended. I’ve had traumatic experiences with doctors and due to Dr. Wades poor behavior and disrespectful tone, I left the office in tears and had a panic attack. If you’re looking for a doctor who treats you with respect and is genuinely interested in providing quality care, don’t go see Dr. Wade.

I never write bad reviews but Dr. Wade gave me such poor service that she hung up on me during the call. She had zero empathy for my catastrophic ear problems that are being exacerbated by withdrawling from Valium.

ZERO EMPATHY OR COMPASSION!!!! SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!

she would not even prescribe a medication to help with the withdrawal despite telling her how much suffering i’m in.

Avoid using Dr. Wade at all costs!!!! I promise you. She will not even show an ounce of compassion for immense suffering.

Dr. Wade is fantastic. She really listens to me and offers real solutions. I can tell she really cares. Her staff is excellent also. Always kind and helpful.

Dr wade was my sons Dr for a few years. My son had MS her and his neurologist were his Drs. Her caring listening and compassion were so over the top. Since them our son passed away withncomplications of MS. I never got the chance to tell her Thank you for all she did for our son she really made a difference.

Unfortunately, non-personable, cold and clinical. If you're looking for a thorough doctor who cares, look somewhere else.
