Dr. Clark Gray is great; however, his receptionists and nurse are a pain to deal with. I have been locked out of my patient portal and called multiple times to the office and the help line. Neither will answer me. They won’t answer the phone 15 minutes before close under any circumstances. They cannot work a simple fax machine or even have the decency to call patients back. It is utterly ridiculous and shows that patients are their last priority. If I find a way to call the office manager, I will make the biggest complaint. The receptionists and nurses should be ashamed.

Dr. Grey is awesome! However the front desk is extremely rude every time I call. They act as if I am interrupting their day when trying to make an appointment. I have never had a good experience with them.

I have been going to Dr Grey for years and called yesterday to get an appointment but couldn't get one for over a month because he is on vacation and was refused when I ask for 1 refiill till he gets back. All receptionists are rude and hus nurse is too
