Tried to make an appointment with Dr. Dennis OMG the female receptionist was super, super rude!!! Also Dennis Lewis was booked all the way to November, Harold was booked until the end of June. The only availability: Nurse Herrera, tomorrow at 9, or, walk in, take your poison. Now she said "OK tomorrow at 9AM with Herrera, for a consult. I didn't know what consult means. When you go to a doctor office how many different possibilities could the reason be? I thought there was just one purpose, to see the doctor. Then she explained to me like I am an idiot, reflecting her idiocy, that consult means she speaks with Herrera, and Herrera will refill the prescription, or refer to a service, or, whatever the outcome may be. BUT, her TONE was super insulting. I do not recommend this doctor. If you want to wait for 6 month to get seen by a doctor, or a month to get seen by an associate, or even a day at 1 exact time to be seen by a nurse, yes go ahead. And just be ready to speak with a super rude receptionist. Us, we will change doctor after this. never will we go to this office again!

Dr. Lewis is wonderful but it is hard to be seen by him. On at least four occasions in the last year, after waiting for about an hour, I was told that they did not know how long it would be before he could see me, but that his Nursing Practitioner was available... Also, on several occasions the office scheduled my appointment at a certain time but when I got there I was told that my appointment was at a different time, the same thing happened to my husband. I will no longer be going to this office 🙁

Dr. Lewis is a brilliant doctor who takes awesome care of you. He saved my mother's life a few years back and since then we trust him completely. He has good judgment, gives you intelligent, thought out options. We love him. Did I mention that he is brilliant?

I’ve been seeing Dr Lewis for over 10 years and wouldn’t trade him for anything. Never tells you what to do but instead gives you your options and advice. Very bright, cordial, and easy going. Has always responded to my messages by the end of the day. His heart is truly in his profession. Thanks doc!

Wish I could tell you about Dr. Lewis but every time I make an appointment to see him, I end up seeing his PA because Dr. Lewis is too busy. Haven't even met Dr. Lewis! Dr. Wong is nice enough but doesn't seem very experienced and therefore his advice seems rehearsed and not personal. Wait time is upwards of 45 minutes EVERY single time, regardless of having an appointment. Unfriendly front desk staff. I'm changing facilities and doctors.

My Husband moved from Florida so we could be together (we met on a vacation trip, abroad). He did not have a Doctor yet. He delivers mail, and unfortunately, got bit by a dog. The postOffice sent my Husband, to Dr. Lewis. My husband thought he was great! I started attending Dr. appts. w/my Husband and was so impressed with Dr. Lewis. I am a retired R.N.; and after 4 years of seeing how smart this Dr is and how he really talks to his patients and really cares (and helps them to get better), I have changed from my physician of more than 20 years; to Dr. Lewis. I had an appt w/ him yesterday...Thank you Dr. Lewis!

On our first visit we did not have an appointment. Long wait because we wanted to see Dr Lewis specifically. Well worth the wait. Since then we've stopped in to use the Urgent Care clinic. Short wait, great staff, highly recommend this doctor.
