I got to tell you that in 54 years of life I have never before considered it a pleasure to undergo a dental procedure until now.
I can only speak as to the personnel and treatment I have personally received at the Haverhill Massachusetts location.
Look, I fell asleep during one of my root canals. Real talk. I wasn't just a good hands. It was more than that for me. I was welcomed, valued, and we'll hosted even at every opportunity afforded.
From the front desk all the way to the bathroom I was treated as though an old friend was paying a long awaited visit with loved ones.
I had no idea I had so many problems in my mouth but they figured it out real fast and made real quick quite frankly much quicker work of fixing every one of those problems.
They back to back my appointments and got me done in under 3 weeks time even managing to fit in for a full set of parcels up and down to walk out the doorway from my last visit.
Every moment of every visit was very informative and a gift as far as I'm concerned. The human condition in every single employee in that facility that I encounter pushes for phenomenal.
One of the last things I said today while leaving was I was disappointed that I couldn't find something else wrong with my mouth so I can hang out with the girls again and be treated so well.
I want to say thank you to you guys at the shop who are so good and so wonderful and loving and caring, helpful and even understanding. Thank you for doing such a great job and thanks for having been such a great part of this chapter in my life.
I'm a man of faith and I believe that in the service you provide that you one and all play a great role in building for the Kingdom.

I was seen for an emergency issue. I felt nervous but the staff and doctor treated me quickly, kindly and respectfully which helped ease some of my anxiety. I was very pleased. They were so accommodating and efficient. I hate going to the dentist but will go back there because I felt comfortable with their professional courtesy and care. Thank you!

The staff are very friendly! My questions were answered in regards to getting the results if like. With different options for anyone with or with limited insurance I was given information to get the work done needed. I am very pleased with the quick appointment ,I had a dental emergency and was seen same day. I was referred to this location after seeing beautiful work!

Had the best experience in a long time at the dentist, Dr. Otete was amazing careful caring passionate I can’t wait to see her again and I never say that about a dentist appointment made appointments for the rest of my family members. She is the absolute best dentist I’ve ever seen.

I've been going here for yrs. I love the front desk ladies they are great and I almost all the time have more medical stuff to be put in on my records and they make copies for me and especially my lady Dentist she is so wonderful and relaxed and confident in her profession and very kind and understanding and answers any of my questions which I usually do have first lol but that's me anyway 😉 and the other staff are very kind and helpful and we always say hello to each other 😄 I love it when I get a good bag of dentist stuff and I always use them they do come in handy and great stuff and the people are always great and Happy every person that works there. I don't mind going to get my teeth done anymore because it's very helpful. Thank you Dr. Dental Haverhill, Mass. 😉👍💯

I havent had the best experience at dentist in my area but i will say today everyone at this location was amazing! The dentist was very helpful with my situation and gave me multiple solutions to my problem. I would defenitly refer someone to her! All staff was very helpful and considerate. Will be going back for sure!
