I have called this office several times and left my info for an appointment with Dr watt who I was referred to and NEVER get a call back! Every time I call they transfer me to speak to Ralph and he doesn't answer nor return calls! Definitely don't recommend this office!

Have a 1 pm appointment it now 2:15 pm and still have not been seen

Now 3pm and finally get called back. And they have a nerve to have a sign on their window saying if you're more than 15 minutes late you'll be charged for a missed appointment and be given the next one available. Then get a nurse who has no idea what color tube to use while taking blood the nurse and normally takes blood already went home for the day. They asked about my DOT physical but had no idea how long they're good for even though they do DOT physicals they're in their building. Winter for concerns about my wrist and elbow never looked at them. And also Dr Jason Watts never even came and said hello or introduce himself with me being a first-time patient. Not a very good first impression we're not ever go back and would definitely never recommend anybody to see that joke of a so-called doctor best thing that could happened to him would be for him to have his license taken away.

Place is always packed with no chairs only care for people that pay cash for medical weed and other cash business they offer. When a patient has health issues the doctor acts like he cares but is only interest is money. Same kind of doctors that were around when the blues came out.They get one star.

I’ve only been with this office for 2 months and let me tell you . You will have the worst time with them about them calling in your prescription. It’s is really ridiculous and instead of them calling it in when brought to attention they just say it’ll be called in at the end of the day. Smh !
