This review is based on this office and their practice. I came in for preventive care, which is covered 100% by insurance. They asked me to come back in for a follow-up to a blood sample they took. All they did in the follow-up was give me the results and told me everything looked fine, however, they then charging me $96 for this pointless follow-up visit. When I called them to asked for this to be waived, they wouldn't and tried to put the blame on the insurance. They kept telling me they didn't know the insurance policy was only 1 preventive care treatment per year, but they definitely knew this because they have admins that specialize in insurance policies. Not to mention I'm certian most insurance only allow 1 fully covered preventive care visit. At best this is deceiving to the customer for more payment.

I have never til this date meet a genuine doctor like Dr. Kim. I would recommend him in a heart beat! I am not really fond of one of the ladies at the reception desk but that's just my personal opinion. I had an outstanding bill that I was planning to pay at the next visit and she was hassling me to pay it, right there and then. It bothered me since I told her 3 times, I will be paying it at my next visit. You will be sitting there at least 30minutes before you get seen. The facility is small but comfortable.

The lady who answered my phone call had terrible attitude. So much offended. I believe I asked politely, but she was so rude and seemed bothered to explain the medical procedure. So should I just go there without knowing what they would do and pay whatever they charge me? Isn't it the purpose of having the front desk to give more information to the customers? I am still surprised that she got annoyed just because I asked whether if I can get a chest x-ray.

I was recommended Dr Kim by my kids doctor.
Clean, professional staff, office.
Smooth transition from waiting room to being seen. The visit took a total of 45 minutes. I've been to places where the wait time is longer than this.
I found my doctor. I am very happy. This is my regular doctor from now on.
Dr Kim was very good at communicating my health situation and explaining my course of options. Many thanks Dr Kim. I'll see you guys soon.

An excellent doctor who takes time to listen to us and has the ability to the perform many of the needed tests right in the office. Excellent demeanor, very knowledgeable, very kind. More importantly, he diagnosed a serious medical situation in one day. After we had been seen by other doctors for weeks, who could not determine if it was a heart problem or a lung problem. We have absolute confidence in Dr. Kim!

This Dr. is the most amazing physician, who actually remembers who you are and show REAL concern. He also has incredible staff! Although I did run into a front desk-er who did not have the personality to be in such an incredible place. I have even found myself going there and paying cash because my insurance didn't cover him. Needless to say I am switching carriers. My HEALTH IS WORTH IT!!
