This place is fantastic. I work in Russellvile but live in alcorn county Mississippi. I have psoriatic arthritis and was having a bad flare up. To go to my regular dr I would have to take the day off so I decided to try somewhere local. I am so happy I did. From the front desk to the back they were so great and caring. They took great care. The best is the offer of help in the future with any more flare ups. This meant so much to me. Definitely a God send. I am very appreciative of the service I received here. Thank y’all very much.

Are these folks perfect? No, but no one is. I have had wait times as long as an hour, but my kids and grandkids were always able to entertain themselves watching TV or playing a game on their tablet. I always carry a book with me, in case of wait times anywhere. The key is being prepared. Too many people expect instant gratification these days, no matter the situation. The staff is always friendly (sometimes I can tell that's a struggle), even when my mood hasn't been the best. I have tinnitus, so can't always understand what is being said, so I take one of my kids with me even when it's my appointment so they can help me out. The doctor, nurse practitioner, and nurses have all been great. I won't go anywhere else.

Very strange experience with this urgent care facility! My whole family were patients of Dr. Kelly for years until my granddaughter was born. She screamed and screamed when Dr. Kelly even walked into the room! Dr. Kelly asked if my daughter would allow his nurse practitioner to see the baby. My granddaughter Loved Kathy Blasingame, the nurse practitioner and my whole family gravitated to her as it was less expensive to see her. When she moved to her own practice we continued to see Nurse Blasingame as she was so knowledgeable and kind and patient with us! She was our Angel in times of distress! She passed away in 2013.
My daughter was experiencing some pain and health issues in 2014 so I took her the the Urgent care facility. We were told by the office worker that we were in their computer and that there was a note attached that prohibited them from seeing any of my entire family! Anyone reading this may draw their own conclusions.

I just wanted to take a minute and say thank you to the this wonderful staff. My children were staying with their grandparents when my 1 year old son started not feeling well. My dad took my son to this urgent care where they were all so kind, patient, helpful, and understanding. They emailed me all of my information and allowed me to do everything through email. This may not seem like a big deal to most, but to me, it meant the world. When your children are sick and you are away and live out of town, it meant everything. Camille was amazing in helping me through the process and was so kind each time I needed to call.

Thank you to this staff. I normally never write reviews but I wanted to just let everyone know how appreciative I was. Thank you again for everything!

I am generally very patient and compassionate towards those in the medical profession because I know they go through a lot every day and some of my best friends are nurses, but I was not impressed with the nursing staff here at all. I brought my foster daughter since she has been here before and they did not communicate at all what they were doing or why they were doing it. They did a flu swab and didn’t even warn her, just opened the package, turned around, and stuck it up her nose. We definitely will not be back.

I worked with Dr Kelly but I found all he wants is good service. I have to give him a Shout Out because I understand he did an emergency delivery. Whatever your thoughts are he will get job done.

We have always been treated kindly here! Nurse practitioner Bonnie is very kind and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to others. Of course the wait time isn’t always great but usually I am seen within an hour. There’s always a wait to be expected in any doctors office.

Went to Urgent Care today to go get tested for flu and strep throat but they refused my services because they didn’t want to deal with switch my health insurance the girl behind the desk sat there for 30 mins just on her phone and nothing else horrible service rude staff
