The doctor is amazing! He is nice and takes time to listen to you. His nurse was very nice too but his front desk lady is so extremely rude! I just can't get myself to go back there. I won't be talked to that way and I am a very polite patient person. The front desk person is the first and last one you see when visiting so maybe they should think about replacing her with someone a little less grumpy!

My Mom is Dr Dyess patient... But, we both love him dearly! He is so kind, considerate, professional, caring ,honest and takes as long as he needs to with Every Patient! If he’s running behind which is normal that is why... He will not rush because he truly cares about the health and well-being of every patient!!!

Very rude at front desk, I can remember him being the best Dr in town and his office so fill there was only standing room, but when I went to visit after being treated the way I was I understand why there was only one person in his waiting area! The worst Dr visit experience ever due to his office personnel! Never visit again! Never have I had an issue with my TriCare and not having my military ID until I walked in that office and the way they went about telling me was very unprofessional and was just plain out rude!!

Great doctor if you can get his staff to answer I've called every hour for 2 day and left messages to get a referral from a broken bone bever got a call back and none answers.... I will be changing doctirs

Because they need better phonatic it and quit telling people they're going to charge them $25 if they cancel you need to realize that people live on a budget we do not have millions of dollars phone receptionist needs to learn some etiquette thank you

Charged $25 for missing an appointment which I DID cancel A MONTH ahead. I've received nothing but attitude from the front desk and no action has been taken to correct this.
