Dr Samaan is caring, thorough, and responsive. Kim and Ronnie are also very helpful when needed. I’ve been going there for over 30 yrs, and would never change unless I absolutely had to.

Sometimes you have to wait to see Dr.Samaan. He is definitely a doctor that is worth waiting for! He explains everything in full detail, he is very professional, very kind, and if you need to be referred out, he is very quick to do so. I’ve been with him about 20 years. I would not change doctors for the world!

DR Maged Samaan is such a wonderful physician.
This physician takes his time and is worth the wait. You cannot find a Doctor now a days that takes his time and actually speakes to you and spends more than 15sec in the same room as the patient. I drive an hour maybe 2hrs depending on traffic just to see him and he is soooo worth it.
His staff is also wonderful .

I had a horrible experience at this office. The receptionist seems to not like middle-aged white men.I had an appointment scheduled when I was told that the waiting time would be long. I asked to reschedule, and specifically asked for a day in which I would be the first patient. It did not matter how long In the future the appointment date was. I already have to devote two hours of my day to get down the mountain to see the nearest available provider through my insurance. It seemed reasonable to request to be the first person on a later date.
The receptionist gave me a date and I showed up at that time. After waiting in the office for an hour I was informed that I would have to wait another half hour to hour the receptionist let people in in front of me that came in after me, Even though I had the first appointment according to her. The receptionist was very rude monotone and disinterested. I feel that what she did was a purposeful attempt to antagonize me, even though I’ve never done anything negative to her. I simply requested a day in which I could get the first appointment.
Aside from being inadequate and untrained the staff seems sullen and disintestered in their work. Moving about like mindless autotrones with blank expressions on their faces. The facility is worn down and dirty. The wallpaper is peeling in the bathroom, and unflushed feces was in the toilet.
I will definitely be requesting a change in my primary care provider from the insurance company that assigned me this sub par facility and staff.

I admittedly have no experience With the doctor, due to the fact that I was never able to get past his vile receptionist.
