I am absolutely impressed with my first visit to Dr Mina Khan's office. Everyone is absolutely incredible. The med student that took my health history is so amazing. I felt so listened to and so understood. I would give a five-star review just for the care I received from this young lady. I wish I could give them 10 Stars though because as I said everyone was incredible. Dr Mina Khan is so knowledgeable, so patient, listens to everything you say, explains things in a way you can understand, answers all your questions and just really makes you feel cared for! I am so pleased that I chose this doctor to be my primary care physician and I couldn't be happier with the staff and everyone at the doctor's office!

Dr Mina Khan and her staff are awesome and if you can see her or the nurses there then I promise they will take such good care of you and listen to you and HEAR you. I would rather chew glass then see her husband tho, watched him walk out to the front desk one morning while I was waiting to have blood work done and scream, I mean literally scream, at the two ladies working the front desk bc of his schedule that day. I get people have bad days and such but the way he talked to them like dogs with no concern there was a waiting room with several people was disgusting. So yeah, still gonna keep going cause Dr Mina and her nurses are great, just steer clear of making an appointment with her hubs and I promise you won’t ever want a different doctor.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I Don't Know about the doctors because I never got that far. I recently
moved to Alabama and needed a doctor. I made an appointment for both my wife and I. I was somewhat surprised that the receptionist had me pay a $25 upfront fee in case of a " No
show". I reluctantly paid $50 which covered both of us. I arrived at the office early to fill out the customary , "First office Visit form". My wife and I were standing in front of the window while two receptionist were on the phone. They were obviously on hold because neither were talking. We stood there for approximately 10 minutes but neither acknowledged us. Then they told us we had to wear a mask. I told them we were not told that over the phone and did not have mask with us. The receptionist wanted to charge us for 2 mask. There was a family of four in the waiting room filling out the form. None of them were wearing mask. I questioned the about the maskless family. She stated they were not seeing the doctor only filling out the form. My wife and I were extremely disgusted at that point and decided to discontinue the appointment. Authorization had to be met by the doctor in order to get our reimbursement.

Dr Khan is by far the best primary care doctor I have ever had. She has diagnosed several problems that I had dealt with for years like inner ear issues. This was a life changer for me. She listens and “hears” what I say. I can not say enough to express how thankful I am to have found her.
