During my visit to the ER, I was quite surprised by the behavior of Dr. Uddin, whom I hesitate to consider a competent doctor. My son was experiencing stomach pains, coupled with flu symptoms, prompting our visit. However, Dr. Uddin showed a disinterest in conducting tests or delving into the root cause of my son's prolonged stomach issues that he’s had for months.

As I inquired about the course of action for my son's treatment, Dr. Uddin's communication became unclear and he displayed a nasty attitude. When I asked if Tylenol was part of the treatment plan for the flu as he said they would be giving him something, he accused me of putting words in his mouth, making the situation more confusing. His bedside manner was particularly troubling, I guess he got irritable with the fact that I was questioning why wouldn’t he do any testing on my son to figure out why he was having stomach pains for this long he proceeded to start putting his finger in my face pointing at me getting an loud with me and his refusal to leave the room upon my request further added to the unpleasant experience. I requested that he leave the room and get patient advocacy there. Of course he didn’t send patient advocacy.

Beyond the medical aspect, it's disconcerting to note that Holly Finley, who left a positive review, has a questionable background. She attempted to give away a stolen cat on Facebook, casting doubt on her credibility. Considering these factors, I am determined to prioritize reporting Dr. Uddin to the board, as patients deserve better care and accountability from their healthcare providers. For future reference to any patient it doesn’t matter what a hospital policy is. Hospital policy isn’t the law. And I’m Alabama you can record anybody that you want to because we are a one party consent state for your safety and I would encourage doing so with this kind of doctor. He is very reckless with his emotions.

Dr. Uddin and his Staff are great! They make you feel like a family instead of just another patient. Dr. Uddin goes the extra mile to find what's going on instead of writing a bunch of prescriptions to see what may or may not work.
