I have been Dr.Powell’s patient for over 20 year's and would not have it any other way. She’s wonderful and caring, she has helped me every step of the way with some challenging illnesses. Love her as my primary doctor.

Cannot recommend against this place enough. Ive been trying to schedule an appointment for two weeks now; left a voicemail and was told Id get a reply in a business day — Im still waiting for a call back. I Had another family member call on my behalf to set up an appointment as I had tried four times, days apart mind you with no response. They told my family member they’d call the following day with an appointment date and time, no surprise, we’re still waiting to hear back from them a week later. Not sure what’s going on but it seems like they couldn’t care about returning patients.

I have been with her about 5 yrs now. She is excellent and thorough. Best thing is they do not overbook and wait time is just a couple of minutes!! Patient care is more important than booking the masses. Lucky enough to have gotten in when my old Dr left.

I have had an awful experience with the ladies behind the front desk. I am dealing with a time sensitive medical issue. Whoever takes care of referrals needs to find a new career path. I called initially on Monday to take care of the referral issue, a whole week later they still cannot find out how to fax the other office the referral. They have sent me on a wild goose chase, calling my insurance, forcing me to miss appointments, and not returning calls. This has been stressing me out to the point where I wake up stressed out about calling every single place. Awful customer service.

I just called to schedule an appointment with Dr Na' imah Powell staff Cyntia M said that Dr N Powell is not taking any more appointment customer service is very poor. Ask why Cyntia just said that Dr N Powell is just not taking any more appointment staff needs better tranning. Dr N Powell please tran your staff for better phone manners.

My parents go here and the office ladies are terribl and don’t care about patients at all. They don’t get back to a patient and seems like they only care to tak to each other instead of doing there job. I wish I could find a better doctor who cared about patients as really help them. This one domy
