Love the staff; doctors, nurses, everyone is great, always so helpful and supportive. Dr. Nida Khan and her assistant Debbie are the best. I’ve been coming to them since the East Longmeadow office first opened. Their office also offers spa treatment services.

Dr. Nidah Khan has been my primary care physician for about 6 years. Prior to Dr. Khan I had been with my previous physician for most of my adult life until he decided to focus on the homeless and less fortunate. While I was happy for him and for the patients he would be treating I was devastated at losing my PCP with whom I felt extremely comfortable, understood and well cared for.

I have worked in the health insurance industry for over 40 years and was well aware of the difficulties in finding a local PCP let alone bonding with one.

Back to Dr. Khan. She is an intelligent, caring and down to earth woman. She laughs with you, she cries with you but most of all she is focused on you and your physical and mental health. Her sunny disposition always brightens my day and I feel very lucky to have found her.

Early on I had problems with my joints and fatigue, and while I was going through menopause, it seemed like something a little different. She monitored my blood work and found that I had slight thyroid abnormalities, and while it may not have been wildly out of range that along with my other blood work let her to believe that I needed to be on medication. The medication changed everything, my fatigue lightened, and my joint pain subsided. I believe that she takes the time to really look at the whole patient and not just what average blood levels and labs are published.

The office is cozy and comfortable and everyone is friendly and welcoming.

They recently added new clinicians to their growing practice so the wait time for new patients is less than most PCP offices. I recommended a friend and she was able to get a new patient exam within 6 weeks which is pretty quick in this area.

This has been my personal experience so if you have not had the same, I apologize, but I am This review based on my last six years here

Dr. Nilda and Debbie give the best experience at my appointments! They listen to what you have to say and find a solution to any health issues or health questions that you have! Every time I come in for an appointment they are so welcoming and we always laugh! The entire office is beyond kind. Debbie has gone above and beyond for me especially when I have questions about my health and my appointment is further out- she calls me right back and answers all of my questions. I have been coming here for weight management and actually just switched my PCP I’ve had for a very long time to come to this office instead! Personal Primary Care and Weight Management is the best doctor’s office I have ever been to.. hands down! The atmosphere is so friendly and calming! I highly recommend coming here! ❤️

Dr. Nidah Kahn is a wonderful PCP. I do not feel rushed with her and she answers every question. She is also very good at explaining the results of your tests. I highly recommend her practice.

Let me first say I did not want to post this review but felt compelled to do so. As a healthcare provider myself I understand how this can negatively impact a business.

My wife had temporal dermal fillers placed on 2 separate occasions in Aug and Nov of '23. The first time she experienced extreme pain in the eye region which Dr. Nidah Khan attributed to a headache. We came to find out it was due to poor placement of the filler.

The results of the Aug appointment were less than satisfactory and she returned in Nov for a consult on how to proceed and fix the lumps that developed in the area. More filler was placed and this only made things worse. In total she spent $1400 for the 2 treatments.

She then proceeded to get second opinion at an Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon in CT. The fillers had to be dissolved at a cost of $900.

In conclusion my wife was disappointed on her clinical skills with dermal fillers. Though she's very nice and makes you feel beautiful I would not seek treatment with her.

Dr.Nidah Talal is an excellent doctor! Her kindness, her ability to listen and care for my health was motivating to me and she made it easier for me to follow instructions. I had such a hard time losing weight and she has helped me so much. I had such an amazing experience with her and I recommend her to everyone! Lana also helped me a lot with my skincare and paid attention to every detail and made observant recommendations. Her kindness and ability to make you comfortable made this experience overall amazing. I recommend this spa to everyone!
