Worst doctors office in Miami. So, I’ll begin stating that I missed one doctors office appointment because I had been called into work. I didn’t call them or anything. So, unprofessional on my part. I called back later to reschedule. We reschedule for a Thursday. They state that they’ll call me via WhatsApp at 1pm. They never showed. First off a WhatsApp appointment is very strange in general but it is Miami. They do things differently. I emailed them and called them. No response. I tried them again next week. No reply. Two weeks later, they finally call me. They did not apologize to me. They tried to say that they didn’t have anything scheduled and brought up my missed appt from a month ago. So I reschedule an appt for the same day at 2pm, they’ll call by WhatsApp again. No reply again. I emailed them and called them. No reply. I send them an email. I say that my insurance is about to expire and I’d like to get a refill on my prescription before it lapses, and that I’m thinking about switching doctors office. No reply again. It’s now been two weeks since that email. No reply or anything. They are just absolutely worthless, plus the staff is incredibly rude. Find a different doctor
