SEE DR. GARCIA INSTEAD!!! Not sure how he has 3 stars. He NEEDS TO GO BACK TO SCHOOL!!! He REFUSED to take me on as a patient. Couldn't be bothered in transferring my records even though his staff is the one who does it & NOT HIM & even WITH ME saying I'll do the work for u he STILL said "That's too much work" He couldn't grasp the fact that I don't want to continue to see my current pulmonologist. I walked out crying. If u have a complex case DON'T GO TO HIM!!! he WON'T help u!!! He's also old school & implied that maybe my doctor isn't listening to me because it's not coming from a man & told me to bring my husband next time 😑🙄 ridiculous - BAYSTATE DO BETTER!!!! Signed - the majority of Western Mass..
The ONLY good thing about this office is Kim - the office manager is AMAZING & I've been transferred to Dr. Garcia at wing. They moved my appt from the end of May to 4/12 & she's... AMAZING!!!! 😍
