Dr Anderson is always smiling and makes me to feel comfortable while discussing medical issues. She takes time to listen which hasn’t always been the case with past doctors. I also want to say that the Nurse Practitioners are top notch! I have see both and get the same quality care as the Doctor. Then there is the office staff. All are friendly.

My family decided to change PCP and was told Dr. Andersons office was great. We did not even get the pleasure of meeting her, and I hate to even give such a rating. But the whole process of getting switched over just to find out my 15 year old son is not even able to be seen there after months of waiting. I also had to wait 2 months for an approval at 1st, then another month for an appointment after that. That is a little ridiculous if you ask me. This should be something that is said up front or posted on the website. I even went in person and spoke to Beverly and this was not something that was mentioned until the day I tried to call and make a appointment for my son.
