Dr Soodan doesn’t seem to believe in communication; when patients ask questions, his answers are either yes or no, or just few words even on questions related to complicated medical conditions. After ordering extensive lab work, and because Dr Soodan or his nurses never call to let me k ow of the results, I make an appointment to go over the results. Even then, he’ll say everything seems to be fine. He doesn’t even have the results in front of him either. It’s completely frustrating and unsatisfying. He doesn’t return calls, and office staff know this and his nurses don’t return your calls. Why would they? If Dr is ok with it, nurses would look at that as a signal they do t have to do what Dr is not doing. Prescriptions are not called in for days on end, sometimes they don’t call at all, even in an urgent situations. I also often hear in the office nurses speak disparagingly about the patients, and at time nurses and receptionists fight with patients either face to face at the office or on the phone. Dr Soodan doesn’t do anything about it. Unfortunately there is a shortage of PCP in the area, they figure they have a captive audience at their disposal. Shameful.

I've been a patient of Dr Soodan for 30 years and that fact speaks for itself.
Doctor Soodan is a wonderful man; gentle, warm & kind. I've always received professional and exceptional care from Doctor Soodan and he is very personable.
To my questions he is attentive, he's through to my needs and always returns my calls. I receive his recommendations with confidence. His receptionist, Kristen wears many hats and is competent with her responsibilities. In all the years I've been a patient of Doctor Soodan, I can't reference a time I've been dissatisfied with his care.
On a different note, I read a review of a young woman who wasn't satisfied with Doctor Soodan professional recommendation. That being said, her review was critical in all aspects.
She was concerned about breast cancer screening because of her family's history of cancer. I certainly understand her breast cancer plight because I'd be anxious, too. Because Dr Soodan said she was too young for breast cancer screening, she was highly discouraged. I would have insisted a referral for the screening and I believe he would. Because Dr Soodan's professional opinion was in conflict with her anxiousness and valid concern, she delivered an entirely ripping review of Dr Soodan and his practices. I think it's important to realize the source of her angered review.

I had been a patient of Dr. Soodan's for a few years. I complained to him every year during my physical that I was exhausted all the time despite being in bed for 8-9 hours per night. He dismissed my concerns. I went to the VA and my primary care doctor there listened to my concerns, ran lab work, and ordered a sleep study. I was diagnosed with NARCOLEPSY which is a NEUROLOGICAL DISORDER. I would not recommend Dr. Soodan if you're looking for a thorough doctor who will do his due diligence.

Extremely childish and unprofessional. Even the nurse working there one time was miserable. And I felt bad for her. She wasn't rude to me but I could tell she hated working there. Most of the time the receptionist is the "nurse". My 1st time there they did an EKG but my 2nd physical Dr. Soodan said I was "too young" for one. Also told me that I was "too young" when I told him Breast Cancer runs in my family. Do not go here! The billing clerk was the worst of them all. Grow up "Leena". 😂

Look no further. You've found the best. I've been a patient for over 25 years with Dr. Soodan. I wouldn't be here without him. His right hand, Kirsten is amazing! And his wife is a very special lady!

Dr. Soodan is the best! I've been his patient for years and would never think of seeing another. He is kind, doesn't rush his time with you, he listens and is thorough. I feel very comfortable and confident with him. He really is a dr who cares. His wife is very sweet too.

I have been going to Dr.Soodan since I moved to Holbrook in 2014, and even though I moved to Taunton in 2018 I still visit his practice. Reason being, he's very professional, patient and thorough. You don't let distance interrupt good service.

Doctor doesn’t care about you. Receptionist is rude. Absolutely changing my primary to a place that actually cares instead of just calls and harasses you for money instead of asking how you are.
