I am so happy that I found a clean and reliable clinic here in Carlsbad. I did my immigration test here in Dr. Perez’s clinic and it was smooth. Nurses and the Dr. itself assisted me with professionalism and hospitality. In terms of cleanliness they are top tier. I got my results quickly, they will put it in an envelope and what’s amazing is they will make a copy for all of it, without you asking. we came to reception to make an appointment with Doctor Perez (explaining the reason for the appointment). We asked for a quote to send to our insurance company. We were told that they didn't know, that it depended on the time spent... don't want a bad surprise, we had to cancel and found a doctor who won't charge you for the time it takes to take off your socks .

I am so glad to have found a medical team that actually cares about their patients! Here's how they helped me become healthy again

A couple years ago, I had many alarming symptoms. abnormal weight loss. I dropped 10 lbs in a month. I also had a lot of hair loss and extremely high resting heart rate. I called the office and they scheduled me very timely for an appointment. The front desk is very pleasant and the doctor is very knowledgeable. Dr. Perez ordered all the appropriate tests to narrow down my diagnosis. Finally, he discovered that I had Graves' Disease. He referred me to a very reputable endocrinology clinic for my care. I’m glad he got to the bottom of the issue. He is also Stanford/Palo Alto trained so he is very knowledgeable!

My journey took a couple years but my hyperthyroidism is finally in remission. I am very thankful for Dr. Perez and his team.

As one of their oldest clients (longest) I can speak to how they were as to how they are. They’ve gone from family medicine and attentive to your average profit driven business with volume and profit before service and welfare. communications have become contradictory despite due diligence on the patients parts to address and avoid delays which despite sufficient due diligence they have repeatedly failed to do theirs and over promised and under delivered resulting in canceled appointments through no fault of the patient. As I’ve been with them for over 5 years I will see this through in the short term and hope I see change for the better or I’ll need to move on as it’s become no longer the family medicine it was initially.

Really nice and friendly clinic. Every one was helpful and knew what I needed from my first call till my actual visit. Dr. was very frank about cost since I did not have insurance and provided the best options for me.
