Dr. Sanyasi Ganta MD is the Best! Dr. Ganta details in listening to the patient and providing an individual bases needs is astounding definitely 5 Star patient care services. Dr.Ganta staff Michelle works hand in hand with Dr.Ganta to ensure the final steps to check out is polite and with a beautiful smile Angie is very knowledgeable and professional. Jesus is Always very polite and courteous when answering the phones, Wendy make sure your needs are met for your appointment or next appointment true Gem Esmeralda has gone beyond the call of duty to help with receiving your appoints right on time! The staff is incompetent. If the Dr. Is recommending you miss a vacation out of the country due to lab work and ultrasound results, then requiring another visit just to get a Doctors note is ridiculous. It’s clear this place wants to get as many co-pays as possible and waste peoples time. Horrible communication skills and Extremely unprofessional. I will gladly pay 2-3 times more out of pocket to receive actual care from Competent Doctors and staff. Don’t waste your time or money.

If you like your dr to interrupt your appt by answering his phone or the staff that have no idea how to fill out disability papers correctly that edd has requested 3x now then this is your dr. I was put on disability at the beginning of a month and one month later edd is still saying the paperwork is incorrect in the meantime no income and still waiting

Dr Ganta use to be my primary care physician. He’s a quack! I’ve had 5 back surgeries and a cervical fusion on my neck at 5 levels. I have a very high tolerance to pain medication which makes me hard to treat and requires occasional hospital admissions to get under control. Dr Ganta lied to my insurance company and said I made a scene at his office picking up a prescription that never happened to get rid of me as a patient so he wouldn’t have to write my prescription anymore!!! I got along with his staff great! I no longer trust Drs because of this quack!

Extremely rude staff members that refuse to do the job right. Calling wrong places to verify eligibility then tell you it's taking to long so they cancel you. If they don't know how to handle all insurance they shouldn't take it and just stick with medical. I had the same issue hats ago where I had to call my own ins for them to get it handled and now again they still can't get it right. I wouldn't raise
Waste your time with this place. They still never treated me for my injuries over 3years ago when I started with them. They even had me go on diabetic medication and when I called to tell them I feel bad when I take them and give me my ac1 numbers they said why are you taking that medication. Stop talking it you're not diabetic who told you to take them. I told them they were the ones that prescribed them to me. They played stupid and said well stop you don't need it.

Dr Ganta listens to his patients concerns and treats accordingly. I'm not sure about other insurance, but under Veterans Health Care, he is able to send perscriptions and refills during the actual appointment to Loma Linda.

My health and how I feel has not been taking serious by the doctor or by the staff. I haven’t been feeling well for over a year, a CT scan was requested by a specialist, and now I need to see another specialist. It’s been two months now and I still haven’t gotten an approval to see them. They don’t tell me what I can do to feel better in the meantime or a courteous call, or status information as to what’s causing the delay with my insurance. Numerous times, I’ve told them that I feel dizzy, fatigue… with no energy to do anything and I see that my health does not matter to any of them. Don’t bother coming here unless you like people who won’t work with and for you.
