I have an adult disabled daughter who was prescribed hearing aides for the first time. We went to Duncan Hearing for the hearing aides and had the BEST experience. My daughter was very nervous about the whole thing and Katie was absolutely wonderful! She explained the process and showed her in great detail, everything she needed to know to be completely independent with her new device. It was a delight watching her work so thoroughly and patiently. Just a great job!

First time going to Duncan Hearing in Centerville. From the time I walked in and met the receptionist and the specialist. I was greeted with a smile. They were both very professional and helpful. I will be going to Duncan Hearing for all of my Hearing aids needs.

I absolutely love Duncan hearing. I just my a couple of months my new hearing aids and love them because they are now chargable ones and they fix great. Both the ladies that work in the Centerville office are wonderful. They are very instandable with my traveling from Nantucket. Also love those cookies. Thank you to them both for all they do. ❤️❤️❤️

I am really happy with my hearing aids - they are perfect for me and thus the adjustments have been minimal.That said, the support offered has been enthusiastic and helpful as I work in the new routine. Everyone on the team at Falmouth is positive and happy to help, and I’m sure I could not have found a better environment in which to make to make the leap to hearing aids!
