Company provided my mom's electric wheelchair. The woman in the evergreen office is RUDE
They provide ONE power wheelchair and that's the Jazzy Elite (nothing Elite about it) & they do zero customization. They don't come to your house & see what your needs are just add your name to a pre-filled paperwork.
It does come apart if you have tools & a strong back. Batteries weigh a ton
They do NO routine maintenence. The seat cushion they provide doesn't fit the wheelchair & has no way to attach it to the chair so it slides off.
Don't use them if you want service after the sale & anything other than the most basic of equipment!
