Great doctor's office! Dr. Ben Calef is a literal life saver and finds the time to be available when I have questions or need to see him. It is a very comfortable office to go to and feels like home. If you're in need of a great doctor who cares about his patients I would highly recommend giving Dutton Family Care a call.

Dutton Family Care is great. I am thrilled to have found a primary care office, that is as caring as this one. I see, Dr. Ben Calef, as well as Meagan. Both took their time with me. I definitely felt heard by them. I never leave DFC confused about what i am supposed to be doing next. I mention this, as I recently had an orthodontist, who I could never understand. Not Dutton Family Care. They were one of the drs offices that restored my faith in doctors, after that orthodontist who could not have cared less. I don't know if Dutton Family Care providers is accepting new patients. If you are reading this because you are looking for a new primary care provider; I hope for you, they are accepting new patients. Don't hesitate to check out this office. Once you do, you won't want to go elsewhere.

In a state overflowing with medical options, you will be hard pressed to find a better practice than Dutton Family Care, one a better Doctor than Dr. Ben Calef. My entire family are patients here and I would not entrust their health and well being to anyone else. What sets this practice apart is that you immediately know they care. The admin staff are personable, accommodating and reliable. The nurses and medical techs are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The doctors and NP are of the highest quality in the state and they really take the time to listen to you. They go above and beyond to make sure they provide the most comprehensive treatment and all concerns are addressed. I can highly recommend Dutton family care.

A few years ago I was in search for a new PCP, someone recommended Dr. Ben to me. I have been so happy to have found him. He is very knowledgeable, great attention to detail. I feel like I’m in great hands every time I leave his office. The staff in the office are great, very helpful and kind. If you’re looking for new primary care doc in the Boston area, look no further. Dr. Ben will make you feel like family the way he takes of you and monitors your health.

I’ve been a patient with Dutton Family Care for over 30 years. I have always found them to be compassionate and helpful with my medical care. Both Dr David Calef and Dr Ben Calef have always listened to my problems and try to find best practices to treat me and my husband. I have always trusted they have my best interest at heart, especially during this pandemic. I’ve struggled a lot during this pandemic and Dr Ben Calef has always made time to discuss my issues and help me through. Thank you!

The older Dr. Calef is great but I suspect his days at this office are numbered. The son, on the other hand, is awful. He is impatient, does not listen and has a smugness about him that is unprofessional. The nurse practitioner is equally as bad if not worse and extremely rude. The overall atmosphere of the team and office is less then desired and lacks a great deal of professionalism. If you are in the market for a new doctor, may I suggest looking past this place. It is a waste of time. You can get a better diagnosis from a 5-year-old.
