I do not take lightly my Review of any place or person. Especially when it comes to 5-Star Reviews. But today, I received my rented Patient Lift and was given a most excellent tutorial on how to safely use it. James, the person who brought it to our House was very well versed and highly professional in every manner. If you have a loved one needing such equipment, I recommend using these people.

James delivered the self-lifting gravity recliner one-time, set it up, gave a short tutorial on the controller, and very knowledgeable on the rental agreement. He was polite and generally concerned about my wife's surgery. It's been a very smooth experience.

e Care Medical Supplies is the best place to order medical supplies. We called and bought a bed on Saturday 30 minutes before they closed. They were able to deliver it the next day. James was our delivery and set up contact. He was extremely professional and answered all of our questions. James showed us exactly how to work the bed. We had an exceptional experience with ECare Medical Supplies from start to finish. The process of renting was straight forward. The phone rep answered all my questions and followed up promptly with text questions. The delivery and pick up were white glove experiences. James took the time to meticulously clean the wheels of his dolly not to leave behind gravel and dirt on our floors. James was kind and professional on the delivery, instructions, and pick up. James was awesome! Very polite and professional. Very knowledgeable of the medical products. We purchased an electric medical bed, and Janes set it up, and explained all steps on how to use it to me and my husband.
