Eagle star transport is my favorite transport company in the valley. They are always on time, friendly and professional. I have requested my insurance to use Eagle Star as my preferred transaction provider.
Every driver that I have had experience with goes above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and safe.

Extremely poor customer service provided by Michael, the supervisor. Spent 20 minutes coordinating a medical transport the day before to get my elderly non-mobile mom to Eisenhower Medical Center for a morning procedure, the driver never showed up the following morning. Eagle Star didn't coordinate the ride correctly, therefore forcing my mom to miss her morning procedure. I was eventually (and fortunately) able to reschedule her procedure for a couple hours later that same morning, however that would further prolong my mom from having any nourishment and being able to take her medications. Also, needing to wait this long also meant we also had to remove her from her wheelchair with the Hoyer Lift, and then back again to her wheelchair upon their arrival.
I called back Michael and asked him to provide a medical transport later that morning. He said that he would offer a 50% refund for the $185 (out-of-pocket) fee that had been already been charged upon booking the day prior. I asked him for a full refund stating that since this was their mistake, and has caused a lot of undo stress to my mom. I said that if he wanted our business again, that offering a full refund would be the right thing to do.
Supervisor Michael said he could not offer that, so with that we will not be using Eagle Star Transportation again. I still have not received my $92.50 refund on my credit card.

Lastly, rider beware when sending a caregiver or additional rider with your patient rider. We were upsold/up-quoted over $80 additional dollars from a ride the previous day to/from the same locations. Called them out on that and was told that we were quoted incorrectly the prior days, and that that fee going forward would be $245 for additional riders. Don't understand the upcharge for other non-medical riders. I can open the vehicle door by myself and I can buckle my own seatbelt. Makes no sense at all. Imagine if Uber/Lyft/Taxi charged for additional drivers... Ridiculous!
