Great experience with both the staff and Dr. Thompson very cordial and well prepared for my kappointment. Office is equipped with the latest in technology and is a very pleasing environment. The doctor and his staff were all very knowledgeable and spend time explaining both the procedures being performed and results obtained and the necessary steps going forward. I would highly recommend Dr. Thompson and his staff to those searching for a dentist.

The accommodation and quickness with which they addressed my son's issue was actually quite spectacular. I did not expect to be able to get to the root of the cause so quick and get referred to such a great facility as we did. Doctors were awesome, got the problem figured out quickly and sent us on our way. Great experience from both sides of the coin. 5 out of 5 recommend.

My first appointment was fantastic. The front desk representative was exceptionally professional and courteous. The dental tech/assistant who helped me get settled in was super nice and kind. The doctor came in and he was also very friendly, and his manner helped ease any tensions nervousness. He was very thorough in this examination as well as his recommendations for moving forward. I can actually say that I am looking forward to my next visit.

The entire staff is simply awesome! We had to reschedule a number of times due to the weather and they worked so hard to see me and my two children together. Although my son has to come back for follow up care, he was very appreciative of the hygienist taking time to educate him on his teeth and the impact of wearing braces. Because they took the time to explain to him “the why” of the importance of brushing before bed and flossing, he is committed to doing better with caring for his teeth.

I cannot believe the kindness and authenticity of the people working there. You are greeted in a genuine and caring manner. I was offered a blanket and pillow to keep me comfortable. I had a crown put back on and was shocked by the reasonable amount charged. Love all of these kind people.
