Wish i could give zero stars to the receptionist, Cindy. She was rude! She was not good with her communication skills as to what she needed me to do at check-in. When i asked her questions on what to do next, she seemed to be irritated with me as if i were an inconvenience to her. This is not the level of professionalism i expected to encounter! PLEASE assist her with further training immediately on customer service skills! I did not want to come here and experience this type of behavior today! TREAT PEOPLE BETTER!

lacks communication with patients. I had to come in four different times all to be turned away each time because of a new reason they can't do my labs. I understand stuff happens but when I'm coming in 3-4 days in a row and not one person could tell me the issues I would face the next day; they all seemed to be pretty routine events (like lab pickups, closing, wrong type of physical copy, etc.) Even with an email received before any attempts were made to even walk in and there was nothing about the delays (that are all easily preventable if someone would have communicated).

If I could give 0 stars, then I would. My 2 disabled children would have been put into foster care if I hadn't gotten a lawyer for my DHR case. Instead of admitting that they were too lazy to notice that they had 2 patients with the exact same first and last name, Dr. Stauffer basically called me a liar and had me pay another 175 to have my hair follicle test redone. I'm black, wear my hair in its natural state, and was born in 1986. The woman they confused me for is white, with straight blond hair and was born in 1997. I ended up having to pay for my own hair follicle tests out of pocket and pay a lawyer $4,500 to prove the mix up.

This is the most unprofessional business ive ever seen in regards of drug testing. Ive went here on two seperate occassions to take drug tests for Lee County DHR CPS. I paid for mine and my wifes test both times we went and took them. It was $30 a piece for the urine drug screens ($60 total) and $80 a piece for our hair drug screens ($160 total). Ok well they ( the employess at AOM) said that they would contact us by phone and let ni us know our test results as soon as they recieved them. Well for some reason they never contacted me to notify me of the test results. But they did notify my case worker with cps that we both passed.Yet my caseworker still denies having any drug test results on file for our case. So being that i basically wasted my hard earned 60$ on the urine drug screens and the clean results were omitted by dhr somehow; i began to question the standpoint and legitimacy of alabama occupational med. and its employees. So when we went to take the hair drug screens here recently, i made sure to mention my disappointment with their employees lack of services and general neglect. I also asked that they notify me of my results when they recieved them because i paid good money to take the drug screens and feel i deserve to be able to see the actual results of our drug screens with my own eyes instead of just going off of some strangers word of mouth. They agreed to do this and said they would contact me when they got the results back. Well that was a lie because i still have yet to recieve any word from A.O.M. about anything regarding the matter. They told me it would be 5 days..that was 2.5 weeks ago. Then yesterday when i went to visitation with my son at Keeping Families Connected my therapist notifies me that DHR called him claiming i had failed my drug test for meth and marijuana. Being that i have never taken drugs i disputed it entirely and refuse to believe it.You would think that paying 80$ for a drug screen would warrant the specimen donor be shown or given a copy of the results as is customary with most all other legitimate drug testing business/offices. But obviously AOM operates under their own custom guidelines of business operations and can do whatever to whomever however they please with no fear of punishment or reprimanding. So I feel as if ive not only been robbed of my hard earned money that i spent,but also falsely accused and labeled of something without any proof or evidence to prove said claims. I honestly believe this business is strongly and secretly overly affiliated with lee county dhr closely and regularly exercise malpractice to better benefit the ill fated agenda/motives of lee county child protective services.I would not recommend anyone going here for any reason whatsoever and feel as if AOM should be internally investigated by someone due to this matter and their overall unprofessionalism and deceit. These people all are a bunch of low life untrustworthy legal crooks who should all be fired and incarcerated immediately!

Probably the worst doctor I’ve seen. Was exposed to mercury in vaporous form at work, so my manager sent me here to only have my blood tested. The results came in at 3.2 ug/L which is below the 5ug/L the EPA states could cause abnormal symptoms, but also states that doctors are required to examine levels case by case if a person is symptomatic and because humans are all different. Due to the fact that this accident at work was not caused by me and was out of my control, I denied to take a drug test when first arriving. Because they cannot with any certainty say that being under the influence caused the waste gas line on the analyzer to be broken. Now mind you, I did go back because I had to sign off on record release forms that same day and decided why the hell not and took the drug test. Passing it with my own piss as well. At no point with my interaction with the doctor and nurses did they say that refusing the drug test at first could restrict me from receiving workers comp. That information was neglected until I was fired the week after for refusing to initially take the test. So again, I recommend going anywhere else when filing a workers comp claim, because this office seems to only want to work with the owners of companies and not the people who are truly affected by a lack of environmental safety and OSHA requirements in a lab setting.

Dr. Stauffer and his nurses are super nice and they keep the office clean. Fastest way to get through is to set up an appointment but still not to bad of a wait time. I usually am in and out with in an hour at most.

When I arrived I was asked the standard covid questions, and was told to be seated and she would call me up to sign in. I sat in the only empty chair. People were called into the back, and more people came in and were seated. After an hour, I noticed people that came in after me were being taken back. I inquired why, and was rudely asked "well did you sign in "? I reminded her she told me to be seated. She then started to ask me the same covid questions. I reminded her she had already done this. She went to the back, came out a few minutes later and told me I would be next. Several minutes later another person was called to the back. I again inquired what was going on and why was I not being seen. She again went to the back, emerged several minutes later and told me I would be next. Whe I arrived signs were up stating masks were required, I guess that doesn't apply to the employees because half of them were not wearing masks. The whole time I was there, the unmssked woman at the front desk asking the covid questions, spent her time playing with her phone, and acted irritated when she had to do her job and deal with people coming in. If I have to have another pre employment drug test, I will do all in my power NOT to go back to this place!
