Find another provider if you can, because there are other options. I was used to long wait times, all the time, for calls or appointments. I finally had to find a new provider after waiting over an hour at an appointment for a check-up and never getting to see a doctor. (I just ended up having to leave because I needed to go to work afterwards.) Maybe set aside a lot of time if you want to make sure you’ll talk to someone on the phone, and don’t plan on needing to do anything else on the day of your appointments, because it could take much longer than you might expect. Also, the quality of care is really bad. You can find better care and get referrals to better providers somewhere else, like I did. I saw a chiropractor here, too, and only got one appointment every few months at most, with no x-rays, additional support, or other options. For context, insurance covers 2 visits to a chiropractor per month, and the more often you see one, the better. I have chronic pain from scoliosis which has continued to significantly worsen, and I just wish I’d found other providers sooner. I was a patient here for years before finally making that change for myself. It makes me disappointed that other people might be in the position that I was in, feeling stuck thinking you have to deal with this because maybe you don’t know better yet or don’t know there’s other options. It seems this place is simply overloaded with patients and so the staff is overworked, resulting in poor service and poor quality of care.

Appointment are difficult to get. Weeks and longer out. Had to drive to location to schedule as phone system is overloaded. When I got my appt for my foot, the doctor was was a phychiatrist? The exam room floors were filthy, no basic supplies in bathroom on a Monday. I will be switching my PCP back to Drs. On Duty. Much better providers.

When I think it can’t get any worse it does. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years (old location and new) and I’ve had way to many complications, scares due to the negligence of staff when I was pregnant, waiting on hold for hours at a time never receiving a callback, providers constantly canceling or just being changed out of nowhere, and now they have my prescription down with no refills instead of automatic when it’s for being pre diabetic as well as dangerous to stop taking suddenly. Will be looking for new providers as of now.

I really hate to complain. Never had I had my drs office tell me until today that they don't have time to call pharmacies to find out one who has medications in stock. I've called 4 Pharmacies to ask if it was in stock with the response of "we can only release that info to your dr". I'm at a loss. So if the care team won't call I guess we go with out meds? Makes no sense to me. Don't arrive one minute late and don't ask for help getting Meds filled. Very frustrating. We're left with no options

Looooooooong wait times but make sure to show up 20 minutes before your scheduled appointment so they can ask you if you have COVID symptoms, only to make you wait 1.5 hrs before telling you your appointment has been cancelled. I guess I’ll do my own Pap smear 🙄

Been a patient here since I was a teenager and there is always an issue. One time I went a month without my mental health prescription, because the office would not answer the phone / callback to put in my refill. The other day I made an appointment at the East Cliff location, as the receptionist said on the phone, yet when I showed up they told me the appointment was at a different location, 20 minutes farther from my home. She tried to tell me they are not my PCP, even though I had my Alliance card with them listed as my PCP. Needing to be seen that day, I drove to the other location, and when I tried to check in, the receptionist at that location told me that my appointment had just been cancelled. I never cancelled my appointment, and I am assuming the lady at the first office cancelled it once I became frustrated with her. I told them I never cancelled it, and they did that without my permission. She told me there wasn't anything she could do about it other than put me on the waitlist to be seen another 20minutes later. This makes no sense to me as I was on time to my appointment, and there was only one other patient at the office, so where was the doctor I had an appointment to see. At this appointment the doctor ordered labs, telling me to drink 8oz of fluid before my lab. At the lab, the technician said I was actually supposed to fast before the lab, the exact opposite of what the provider told me, making me have to come back another day, very inconvenient. Today my lab results were ready, so I called the office since no one ever contacted me. The automated system made me register for a callback since there was a wait. I never got a callback. I tried calling again later, 5 more times, and each time I was redirected to an answering service that cannot help me with anything other than send a message to the office for a callback, which I had already done, but still put another callback request in. I tried to text the office with the number given on the automated system, only to receive an automatic reply telling me no agents are available, even though this was during business hours. I tried to log into my patient portal, which continued to say my last name was incorrect every time. I finally spelled my last name wrong and was able to log in (now I know they have my name wrong in my files), and found my lab results, which had been available and had a note next to them telling the provider to contact me with my results...yet they never called over the entire day and I am the one who had to bend over backwards to find out my lab results! I will honestly be surprised if they ever call me back to notify me of my lab results, which I had to find and decipher on my own. Oh yeah, and when I told my provider that I was supposed to fast before my lab, she said "oops sorry we forgot to mention that, it happens all the time." Extremely frustrating experience being a patient here.

Incompetent front desk staff. No parking. Building is nice, 1 star for that.

I wish I could leave less than 1 star. Was trying to get a hold of anyone for more than 2 weeks through their phone line. When you call their line - they never call back or you spend hours on hold and then abrupt the call. Tried texting them - took days of texting to finally speak with representative and she refused to make an appointment because she needs a consent form. I can sit with my parents HOURS praying our call will be answered. She also refused to provide a consent form so my parents can sign it. She recommended me to call back knowing it took me WEEKS to get someone to talk to. Unbelievable, terrible and very inhuman. Definitely won't recommend this facility to anyone
