Great company. I got my order quickly and when I called for help with specific item size the customer service representative was knowledgeable and helpful. In this age it is definitely nice to be able to call and talk to an actual person who actually knows about the product the company sells.

I have ordered from East Coast for years now, My last order came as a partial and it was unexpected. I emailed customer service with pictures of my order and I received an email back in about 2 days. They quickly sent out the remainder of my order express and everything was taken care of. Very few times do I have a great customer service experience like I had with East Coast Medical. They have a customer for life.
