This place and workers terrible. I wanted to go to express care they made me wait for hours to see the doctor but everyone that came after me called before me. And ladies at the desk lies to your face “oh only 1 patient left before you” and make you wait another hour. I entered 9:20, waited till lunch break to see the doctor and I was the last person finally to be seen because I wasn’t Mexican.
They are liar, irresponsible and racist! They literally made me hate this place and the workers here!

I was really amazed, and was welcomed with readiness. I was very nervous in the beginning. The staff and doctors were excellent, they showed me there complete kindness, and warmth heart. East Valley Community, you give life to the city of Pomona...

Updating my review as I just found out that the labs is run by 3rd party quest diagnostics. Thank you to the Drs and staff at East Valley Pomona for being on Quest for getting my daughter’s labs taken care of. And for reaching out to me with her results as soon as you got them. Like any clinic and medical center yes there are times we may wait quite some time to be seen but I appreciate the kindness of the medical staff when we come in to be seen.

Very clean place and restroom and patient rooms. Though if you don't have an appointment expect long wait sometime even when you have an appointment too. Luckily all the doctor I've seen they are always concerned about my health except 1. Named frashure.. she didn't listen my symptoms. She just went by my chart what possibly I had. She sucks as a doctor and rude and disrespectful. Dr. Nicole is awesome.

Apart from respect, they are so great in this clinic that they violate and abuse the civil health rights of a patient. I have had 4 months to be able to see my primary doctor because I need another operation and the lack of respect is so great and I have gone to other entities to be able to solve this problem and it turns out that I have not found a solution. I do not know who is in charge of this main clinic, but they do not take the corresponding letters and measures to sanction or request the complaints assisted by said patients since they charge for government services and are not corresponding to work to assist the patients, they are so great the lack of respect in Especially with this Augustinian doctor, who has little time in the health center, but it seems that no one calls his attention to be able to do his job well, they mock and abuse people's rights, one feels discriminated against, mocked by the language and especially for the medical and labor assistance.

Please bear with me , it’s worth the time to read this review so you don’t waste yours later!!!

I have been undergoing painful symptoms and physical changes, I discovered from a recent ER visit I have Ovarian Cysts based on my ultrasound results but could possibly be another health risking issue and was advised to seek further evaluation by my primary physician. I had no primary at the moment but shortly after I was assigned for my 1st appointment with DR. ANN DU in this facility and it was a complete waste of my time and very very upsetting!!! The day of my appointment she stepped into the room , present herself and asked what was the purpose of my visit today ? I began explaining and she would interrupt to rummage through the requested history reports I provided and would ask questions like i don’t see what you’re telling me on here.. do you have heavy periods ? Are you constipated ? What you’re undergoing is pressure from constipation that’s why you have pain in that area… what exactly are you here for ? Continuing to explain further details once again she interrupt to look through the paperwork and stated to get my dates and information right because it wasn’t “ present” on my documents … I thought to myself, excuse me I am the patient trying to tell you why I am in your presence at this very moment and you’re not allowing me to express or explain myself thoroughly and with minimal eye contact on her behalf as well! She was more concerned on the paperwork than the verbal statements given to her by her new patient! I also stated I can provide the disc with my imaging for her to review and help her get a better understanding of my situation she stated it won’t be necessary because of the software they use , it is not up to date. Going forward I mentioned along the lines that I was hoping to get further imaging I was told prior by staff that I was going to receive on that day, Dr. Ann said
“ WE DO NOT PROVIDE THOSE SERVICES HERE, OUR CLINIC IS LIMITED. I AM AN OB WHAT YOU NEED IS A GYNECOLOGIST” with no further helpful assistance or concern to provide me with information or explanation needed to get the correct care… she then stopped typing notes .. turned off the computer , gathered my documents and with a tone said “IF YOU’RE IN PAIN THEN GO TO THE ER.” and left the room immediately as if I was the one wasting her time. Oh but just to let you know, this was all in the matter of 10 -15 minutes . I have never been so frustrated and poorly assisted by medical personnel in my life .

Lastly , I attempt to report a patient complaint based on my experience to front staff all i was told was that someone will get back to me shortly, they never did. I attempt numerous times after to get in contact with someone to help me on my issue and STILL NO ANSWER OR CALL BACK TO THIS DAY!

I have been to this facility before for the care of my child and never once have I been unsatisfied up until my personal visit.

East Valley, I want to bring to your attention that many of us patients do not visit your facility to intentionally make your day miserable we are there for your kind helping hand and empathy because us patients are currently feeling miserable , are running out of options and in pain! Your staff chose this field to help people and make a difference in this world to those who are limited and misunderstood . I empathize that working in the medical field can be exhausting at times and I overly appreciate the help of medical personnels through these hard times but this is completely unacceptable and unprofessional! Respectfully, if some of your staff members are going to half a** their responsibilities , give poor services to your patients and unnecessary attitude’s then maybe it was not the right career choice they can handle and no one needs to tolerate those actions what so ever!

THIS FACILITY NEEDS TO RE-EVALUATE THEIR STAFF MEMBERS!

Worst office ive had to deal with this far waited an hour just to be given extreme attitude and hung up on. Not to mention i went in for labs an no orders were put in had to wait hours into the afternoon while fasting. They do not take proper care of their patients, very neglectful in all aspects.

The referral department never answers! They need to do better work. If you get referred somewhere and they need them to fax the referral order they never do it! Honestly been coming here for years but lately the new staff they hire sucks! Doctors are amazing! it's just the front staff and the referral department that don't care. Wish I could call somewhere so I can put a complaint.
