I've been a patient for over 12 years. I loved dr tapan, he was always carrying, funny, great bedside manor and just all around amazing. Now I never get calls back when texting or leaving a message. They have lost my $3600 prescriptions twice, I had to drive a hour to find them as nobody calls back, to find out they have a bottle away. The latest I saw a different dr paid for all the xrays and tests, I can view the results on line, but as I'm not a dr don't know what they mean. I have called and texted 2 times to have nobody return any calls. I'm in severe pain and will be going to the er to pay again out of pocket for the same tests I just paid over $400 for. So glad I didn't get the mri or ct scan they sent a order in for but didn't specify what ot was, still waiting for them to call summoned also.

I should have read the reviews before I schedule an appointment here as a new patient. I don't like anything about this place. They're quick to charge you but slow to get back to you on test results etc. To schedule an appointment you need to talk to an off-site answering service first if you can even get through. If that isn't enough to make me not want to go back the care is pretty bad. Never saw a doctor. I got to see the nurse practitioner for a few minutes but mostly a medical assistant handle everything. if you have insurance or even if you don't please do yourself a favor and research other places.

Dr. Khan was very helpful. She was quick to offer natural alternatives to pharmaceuticals and was very knowledgeable about both options. She was kind and thorough. I haven't had any trouble reaching people to help schedule my appointments. The staff at the clinic were all very nice. So far, I've only had good experiences.

My prescriptions have been canceled by my pharmacy because the EVFM office won't answer pharmacy faxes, or calls, or in person requests. This place is completely unhelpful, and incompetent. You cannot reach anyone but a phone bank that has no idea what's going on anywhere. It's really sad because I really like Lana, she's very personable.

The wait time with appointment is atrocious however. TWO HOURS spent waiting to see the doctor, past my appointment time. One hour in the waiting room, one hour in the exam room, sitting and waiting for the doctor, finally just got up and walked out.

Dr. Khan and the staff are always friendly and professional. I have ZERO complaints about this office and their staff. People complaining about refills need to realize doctors want to see patients to provide refills so the provider KNOWS where you are, if the current meds are working, and if not, what alternatives to try.

Do not go to this Company. They do not care about there patients. All of the good doctors have left. When I called into get a refill on a prescription I had been getting from them since 2004, I was told that I would need to be seen. I said ok that's fine. But to wait 4 weeks to see this Dr. Finnley across town you have got to be kidding me. I asked for the prescription to be filled in the meantime. The next think you know I get a call telling me that I need to see another doctor. The whole time I am being talked to by a Call Center person. Not a nurse or heaven for bid the doctor themselves a damn hourly employee call center person. The best part is this call center person agreed with me that they don't care about there patients. Just your money. I am so disgusted by this place. All they want is money and they do not care anything else. GO somewhere else!!!!! Trust me!!!!

I absolutely love Lana Khatib and think she is terrific and provides great care to her patients. However, I had a horrible experience with the office as a whole. They misspelled my name even though they have copies of my ID and insurance card and I clearly spelled my name which made it impossible for me to get my lab results from Sonoran Lab Quest. Not only that, but they took a long time for the MA to be able to look at my results and give them to me and I needed them for a different follow up appointment. I called 4 different people 4 different times to try to get a copy of my results and no one could or would do anything. All of this could have been avoided if they paid attention to detail and spelled my name correctly. Not only that, but I had to wait 40 minutes pass my appointment to be seen. I have been working in healthcare for quite some time, and I know how important attention to detail and customer service is and this is completely unacceptable. I will not be recommending anyone else to this business and while I love Lana, I will find a different provider.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR HEALTH CARE NEEDS! I wish I could give negative stars. After waiting an hour after my appoint time, my son and I were called to the back. There was no pleasantries such as hello from Janeth which I think is an assistant. She took my sons vitals and then we waited for Lana the NP to come in. She refused to assist my son with a prescription because she wanted some additional paperwork. The additional paperwork is a whole other story because it stems from them doing an ekg on my son that gave false readings and caused unnecessary alarm. He was checked out by a cardiologist and a pediatrician which gave him a clean bill of health. Back to the original story... Lana was rude and condescending and I stopped the conversation mid way to let her know that she was rude and I didn't appreciate her tone. My son and I got up and left because it was a pointless and I didn't want to get escalated in front of him. Please take heed to all the reviews and go to another provider. I know switching provider's is a pain but we should not support any business that gives poor service. Honestly, based on all the employee/doctor turnover, poor customer service, high waiting times despite an appointment, hard to get anyone to answer the phone, and negative reviews, I don't see how they remain in business. It amazes that the leadership team and staff haven't been FULLY replaced. I'd rather drive out of my way than go here again.
