This used to be such a neat office with good service. I dont know what changes in the past couple years but it is impossible to make an appointment anymore. I am calling on the weekdays at 2pm now, waiting on tue line for about 25 minutes to get an appointment? Really? Your website says the lunch time should end at 1:30pm and tye work hours seems like until 5pm monday through friday. This is downright disrespectful.

Leslie who took my blood in the Lab was so gentle and did a really painless job. Amanda answered all my questions and the front desk staff always greets me by name. Been a patient of Dr. Martin for ~5 years very satisfied. 🙂

I've been there twice now, saw the same provider (Dr. Samantha). She is warm and attentive, the staff are smiling and gentle, and Tahara, who took my blood today, helped me stay calm and comfortable through my anxiety during the blood draw. Wonderful dr's office.

When you don't feel good or have health issues, you don't want to be treating horribly. East Valley Primary Care will treat you awful. The front office staff is the rudest front office I have ever experienced, that is saying a lot for the medical field. The doctors will give you about 1 minute and they make you feel like you are bothering them. Find someone who really cares about your health.

When I was a teen, Dr. Martin was my physician. I have always been really scared of doctors and anything hospital related, but Dr. Martin always listened to me and explained every step of every process of her check ups and such. I moved away for years, and am now back and she still remembered me. I'm dealing with some mild health concerns and she is so non-judgmental. I cannot recommend her enough. And the cherry on top is the amazing front desk staff and the phlebotomist I had today! I have a large tattoo, packed with dark colors on the ditch of my elbow and didn't think it'd even be possible to draw blood from. I was so impressed the phlebotomist not only quickly found the vein but it was painless. I've had mediocre experiences at every other establishment at best. This place has really made a huge difference in my comfort and trust in doctors.

I’m sure other people had a different experience than me but I’ll share mine, and I’ll change it if I experience an issue.
First of all, take the 3 stars with a grain of salt. I was skeptical but they were the only place with open appointments so I decided to give it a try. So grateful that I chose this place.
FIRST OF ALL, the last 5 star place I went to literally WITHHELD my X-ray results until I could book an appointment with them, which was 4!! MONTHS!! AWAY!! I NEVER booked again, as this was obscene. I asked East Valley front desk if I would get a call about my results and was told that the doctor would call and give me an overview then book an appointment to go over it in detail if they came up positive. They thought it was crazy how the last place withheld my results.
Medical staff and front desk has always been very kind to me; I feel like I can have a conversation with them and they can empathize with my feelings and laugh with me. I booked an appointment with the medical assistant hoping to have my illness & chronic pain figured out which I have been fighting for 2 years now (still undiagnosed!!). I have been to 10 doctors before and their attitude has always been “darn that’s weird, have an X-ray, whoops guess you’re crazy since the X-ray came back normal”.
Medical assistant LISTENED to me and empathized with me, took a better look and feel of me than any doctor ever has before. I FINALLY got a likely cause and just completed my labs yesterday. She already has a plan set up for what we will do afterwards whether the labs come back positive or negative. I have never ever felt like doctors actually cared to resolve this issue for me until now. Even the woman who helped me do my labs yesterday was so sweet and I had more than a smalltalk conversation with her.
If I had to guess there were many factors going into the 3 star reviews, but in my case I NEVER write reviews but I think it deserves a better rating.
Can’t thank everyone enough for being so kind and passionate about helping me through this, as apparently the 5 star clinic I went to last time treated me horribly.

I have been a patient of Dr. Blair since I moved to Chandler. I have also been seen by his PA Kali. They have both been compassionate, always listened to my symptoms patiently and answered my questions thoroughly. The office is quiet and clean. I have never had a problem being seen by Dr. Blair on the same day if I call in with a serious health concern. I have never been referred for unnecessary tests, or been overprescribed medication.They accept all kinds of insurance. I highly recommend this practice.
