Wonât be doing business with them again. The striping in our parking lot was terrible. I asked for standard parking stall lines & to meet ADA requirement and made a specific note for them to be crisp. They were thin-splatters lines that look terrible. I have to find someone to fix them & had them make repeated trips to bring them up to ADA. They also were constantly complaining about site conditions, even though it was in their price to do their â10-point serviceâ which they did none of. He left it all on us & didnât credit is for the power washing, oil spot treatment, power sweeping, and driveway barricade.
When it came time to payâŚ.he wasnât insured. If a contractor is not insured, we have to deduct 10% off of an invoice because we have to pay 10% of their contract amount at the year end for uninsured contractors. This is standard across all 50-states; every insurance company. He knows this. He made a huge fuss about it & even text me calling me a âshady personâ and âtelling him my true colorsâ and âI will make sure every contractor in the area knows not to use you.â It isnât our fault that he doesnât have insurance & we shouldnât have to pay 10% more plus the 10% to him; weâd be out 20% of his contract value for something he caused. We deduct 10% to cover the 10% we will have to pay. But even at the end of all of this, we paid him the 10% âwhich I didnât know, it was approved by my office before they knew how he had treated me, which they immediate regretted after seeing the owner of this companyâs text to meâ and not once did I get a text or call apologizing about how he spoke to a client & how he was wrong & thanking us for going ABOVE AND BEYOND for him, even though heâs uninsured.
Stray away if you can; you will have issues.
