My consultation with Jessica was great. First I met with a student that Jessica asked if i would be ok sitting with prior to seeing her. The appointment didn’t feel rushed and Jessica made sure to answer all my questions. The reason for the 3 out of 5 star review is the communication since i left has been non existent. Since my visit, I’ve called multiple times, been placed on long holds, left voicemails, and sent a portal message with no response. When I finally reached someone, I was just told to “wait” for Jessica to call back. I followed up again the next day and got the same response. While the in-person care was excellent, it feels like they only prioritize you when you’re in front of them. Better follow-up would have made this a five-star experience.

Update: Jessica followed up tonight. Reading their response, maybe my time expectation could have been more reasonable.

I switched my primary care to Jessica DaSilva NP after 10+ years being with another provider. Her name came up so quickly when searching and reviews were all incredible. I can not believe I was able to get in as a new patient with how wonderful she was and lived up to the reviews! I can say that after my first visit, I've never stepped into an office feeling so calm and not overwhelmed. Jessica instantly made me feel heard, asked great questions, and did not rush me with my own questions and concerns. I look forward to being an addition to her soothing and caring practice as a new patient!

Jessica is the best doctor that I have had in a very long time. She listens!! She is rare & what I call an “old school” dr that is empathetic, thoughtful, knowledgeable & will to do whatever it takes to help her patients. She's follows through & follows up! She focuses on my best interest , I trust her (that’s huge for me) and I couldn’t be happier with my care. I highly recommend her to everyone!

I booked an appointment through a referral as Jessica came highly recommended, after my visit today I can see why. You can tell she really cares for her patients and is passionate about her work. I know I am in good hands.

Update 01/30/2025- I am squeamish when it comes to needles. Jessica made me feel very comfortable and is very personable. We were just talking and I didn’t realize I had already been pricked

Called and set up a physical explained that I never got a hard copy of my insurance card. I forwarded the information I had. They told me I would be all set upon showing up for the appointment. The doctor Jessica comes out, extremely irritated for no reason then walks into the back room and says what does he want me to do it for free? I didn’t ask for anything for free. Possibly your office staff should know your “rules”. This has to be the most rude unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever walked into don’t waste your time here.

One of THE BEST decisions I have ever made was switching my PCP to Jessica DaSilva, NP! She is absolutely amazing.
Jessica truly cares about the holistic patient and takes the time to get to know you and thoroughly help with your struggles, both body and mind.

Jessica is so patient, kind, and understanding. She wants to help her patients live their best lives. Jessica listens intently and never rushes me through the visit or dismisses my concerns.
