I have been on crutches & depend on my GoGo scooter for getting around everywhere. I've had nothing but trouble with the batteries since I've used them..about 10 years now. I ran the first one "to death" & this second one had the battery replaced two times under warranty. This time we decided to look for a local dealer. Greg & Mary were wonderful...replacing the battery, cleaning it up & caring for all my needs. I highly recommend them & look forward to a long relationship. Worth the trip from Tehachapi.

Dishonest and overpriced! They take advantage of consumers and lie about there products. I am very disappointed and would not recommend! I spoke with them over the phone about a product they said they had. I came in to purchase the electric scooter they showed me 2 different models with different weight capacities. They lied about the weight capacity for both models. The one I chose they told me it was for 350 lbs when it was in fact not. It was 325 pounds and I did not realize they were lying until I got home. I liked the product and would have bought it anyway but I am upset I was LIED to. They quoted a higher for the "so called 350 weight capacity scooter". Greg gave a lower price to make me think I was getting a deal; however, the price I paid is the original price that Mary tried to mark up in price. After getting home and realizing it was of less weight capacity/power I called in and spoke with Mary and she lied and said that they never said they had 350 weight capacity electric wheelchairs. She then said they don't carry any in the store. I will not being doing business here in the future since this company thinks its okay to lie to consumers. Scammers. Steer clear of this place because Greg and Mary will give you sales pitches to scam you.

My wife was seriously injured in a fall, leaving her with broken shoulder, wrist, & hip injury & unable to walk.

Was going to order roller chair from Amazon Prime but shipping was to slow.

Called Grig at Eastside Medical, who sent me pictures of an in stock roller chair, at a better price.

My son picked it up along with a gait belt to help us IMMEDIATELY with mobility challenge. Have previously bought 2 lift chairs from him along with chair service.

Always happy with the personal service and selection of so many medical aids available locally, the store is packed with items. Support your local businesses - Highly recommend.

Bought a wheel chair here and 3 days later back tire kept falling off. Took wheel chair back and owner didn't believe us and was very rude didn't even offer to fix it or replace it. Now I"m stuck with a broken wheelchair that I paid $180 for. I will never return here or recommend anyone to go there.

Great customer service, I was looking for a part for my Dad's chair and went to this place after looking all over the internet with no luck and talked to Greg and he must move the entire world to find it but he did and the price to me was very reasonable.thanks Greg sorry no more stars on this thing but you deserve more because you make my Dad smile again and to me that "priceless"

Very nice place .what I was looking for a replacement rubber feet for shower chair. They dont carry it.

Bad place dishonest people takes your money and leaves you hanging 400 dollars later and the scooter won't run and they refuse to come back and get the scooter to fix what they broke bad place beware
