I have been coming to Eze Medical Supply for three years since my mother had a stroke. John Cole/owner has been very helpful throughout this process, by advising and recommending what supplies I needed to care for her. When he didn’t have what I needed, he ordered it and obtained it quickly. I find it easy to navigate the store and appreciate that it seems stocked well.

Extremely clean, well organized, has everything you need, and had answeres to all my questions, and prices are the same as any other medical supply store, but they do have discount coupons in the ad magazine! There a ONE stop shop, I didn't have to go from store to store loooking for what I needed. I will definitely go back and send all my friends and relatives. And they do accept refunds, just not on any Incontinence items, such as diapers or commodes because that's the law and also very un sanitary. 🙂

Went in with a prescription for a wheelchair from my doctor. I have chronic pain due to fibromyalgia, Ehlers Danlos (a connective tissue disease) and other physical issues that sometimes make it difficult to get around. Anyway I brought my prescription to him and the first thing he did was look me up and down and asked me who it was for. I responded that it was for me and again, he looks me up and down and precedes to ask me what I “needed” it for! As my mind jumped through how I should respond to his unnecessary questions I finally answered that it was for some medical conditions. The next thing he does is laugh at me and tease me because my left hand is in a cast and my right hand is in a splint. I left embarrassed and ashamed. Very uncomfortable situation.

The prices are way high and they do not give refunds. You are better off going on Amazon or to WalMart.
