I had a facial with dermaplaning with Vanessa and then a massage with Courtney and walked out of their feeling like jello. They were both professional but sweet and they both did a fantastic job. I would recommend this place to anybody who needs a little self-care. You won't be disappointed!

I have had a right hip issue for over 18 since a round trip drive Florida in 2023. My sister highly recommended I go see Carrie. She went thru my intake very methodically and then did my assessment on the areas I noted my pain. She quickly made a recommendation for our session and told me what to expect. With in 12 minutes my pain was gone. After the session she asked how I felt and all I could say was I don’t understand what has happened but the pain is gone and I am left in awe of her work.
I will never go anywhere for massage again except to see Carrie.

Had a much-needed massage with Carrie yesterday to start to tame the lower-back beast. First one in a long time, and it was really great.

Carrie listened and worked some magic. Is my back all healed?

Nope.

I didn't expect that in just one massage, but it's much easier this morning to get around, and I'm looking forward to another few massages to finally get back to "normal."

I visited Ebb and Flow with three girlfriends for massages to start off our “girls weekend”. They were able to accommodate all four of us at the same time and we all had a great experience. I can personally speak to the professionalism of Cortney, and would request her again.
