I purchased multiple sessions for my partner to support her healing after surgery. Unfortunately, multiple appointments were canceled without any notice or communication. Despite the importance of this treatment and our coordination to book ahead of time, no effort was made to correct the issue.

There are other providers in Tucson who are more reliable - even if they take longer to book, at least they don’t schedule sessions they can’t honor. Because we committed to this practice, it’s now too late to seek alternatives. We never expected last-minute cancellations for something so important. This was incredibly disappointing and unacceptable.

This place does not seem to be able to schedule appointments correctly. I called on Monday twice to get booked and they put me in for Tuesday and Friday. Having these time slots was important because I had surgery on Wednesday and the only reason I wanted to do HBOT is so I could make it part of my recovery. I also know with HBOT treatments that you have to be consistent to actually feel the benefits. When I arrived on Tuesday, they said I was not scheduled despite telling me I was, but let me go through anyway.

On Thursday night after my surgery I noticed on the patient portal that I had no existing up coming appointments on the patient portal. I called as soon as they opened on Friday and was told they had nothing for me scheduled and nothing for next week either.

In addition, I found the intake forms intrusive - they took forever to complete and there were many questions on there that have absolutely nothing to do with what is required to be known to undergo HBOT treatment.

I feel very disappointed that going this long between treatments will set back my recovery journey and I have already pre-paid for 8 sessions as I brought a Groupon package. If the appointments are not available to be able to do a consistent treatment plan, then perhaps consider not over selling them.

Highly recommend! I was on my death bed and NP Claire Ghanooni quite literally saved my life. I had the flu that developed into secondary pneumonia, and she got me in the same day. I am an NP myself and have truly never been sicker in my life. I’ve never done integrative medicine and was trying to stay out of the hospital. I entered the office with an oxygen sat of 89%. I got ozone, methylene blue, and glutathione via IV. I also got ear and nasal ozone insufflation. When I left the office, I felt significantly better and my oxygen sat was up to 96%. With some additional oral antibiotics and medrol pack, I was able to heal and take care of my 4 young kids. So thankful for Claire! She was very knowledgeable and kind, and I couldn’t recommend her and this place more!

My wife, daughter and myself have been seeing Maria for a few months. She’s been great to us all. She makes sure all your questions are answered. I love that she’s never in a hurry to get you out of her office as has been our experience elsewhere. I would recommend writing any questions you may have down before your appointment. I know she’ll love answering them for you. I would highly recommend giving these folks a try. The front office girls are also friendly, professional and they make you feel welcome.

This place is like stepping intro another dimension for your health. Staring with the spectacular help you get from the front desk gals, to the sincere help from Nancy if there any services you get done with her, to Claire taking the utmost care of anyone who sits in her Iv chairs. Maria makes you felt heard and understood, which is hard when it comes to seeing a provider. She’s very honest about everything and doesn’t beat around the bush and lets you know how it is, but offers solutions instead of filler fixers to anything you have going on. This place will always be something I recommend to anyone for absolutely anything. This staff makes you feel like you matter and you are loved every little milestone you accomplish and I absolutely love that. If you ever ever get the chance to go in and become one of Maria’s patient’s ABSOLUTELY DO IT.
