I forgot why I do not go to this place and made an appointment for my daughter. We were 10 minutes late and we were coming from Gardner and they refused to see us. I remember the last time we were there they refused to see us saying we did not have an appointment. I said I was not going back there anymore but time makes me forget. They changed the location and we went to the wrong location, that’s why we were late but they didn’t care that we were coming from far or that we did not know the place. These people suck. Please do not go there again.

I have always been very well attended by doctors, nurses and attendants, but there is a person in the pharmacy, a man, who finalizes the payment and receipt of medicines, who has no education to treat people. I hope He gets better and knows how to treat people better, no one is there because he wants to get sick and need medication.

Honestly, it's easier and quicker to change to a different PCP and do onboarding at a new clinic than to successfully call and speak to someone at this clinic. If you're lucky to get to speak to someone, good luck on the next hurdle of not being able to schedule an appointment due to unavailability. Then if you do get an appointment 50% of the time they call the day before and cancel, without asking to reschedule (this even happened to me with appointments where a NP requested I be scheduled to be seen by a MD asap). Waste of time, energy, and money.

Place is complete trash the only reason they have good reviews is because of the family they have working here!! They all have no idea what they are doing. I had an appointment today at 1:40 and here it is 2:35 and the Dr finally comes in and that's when I decided to leave and she said are you leaving because of how long it was and I said are you kidding me what do you think I said I've been waiting a whole hour to be seen even though I had an appointment and still had not been seen, this place is garbage stay away from this trash valley. All the good reviews you see is from family members trying to hype it lmao clowns.

Horrible customer service over the phone. People are rude and if they don't like you they hang up the hone on your face. I had a ultrasound done and I have try to reach someone there all day. Left my phone for call back and what I NEVER got a response.

By Exactly 4:30PM today I managed to got a hold of someone on the customer service line, a woman, spanish, never gave her name, was rude, and I was giving my name and number she just hang up on me. I have been using their service for years, however unfortunately they are now days treatment customers on the phone like trash.

Also their referral dept do a miserable job when it comes to perform a referral. My daughter was suspected of something critical by the oncologist, however the clinic referral dept took more than 4 months to get my daughter MRI appointment set (I had to call and they finally her scheduled for MRI within a week)

I wanted to leave some positive feedback on my recent appointment with Hygenist Shaunie Rookery who may quite possibly have been the best I have ever had.

She was very pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, gentle, kind, caring and professional and really went above and beyond to explain what she was doing and answer or address any questions or concerns you may have. I have to say I was very impressed with her and blessed to receive her care!
I hope she will continue to bless many more in need of her excellent, knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate and professional care! She is everything someone would possibly could possibly look for in a Dental Hygenist!
(And I would say a Dentist as well if she ever chose to go that far in her schooling!)
