Everyone is crying about the wait well truth is if you go to the hospital you will be waiting 5 to 6 hours at least at urgent care they cut that time in half or even shorter. The doctors are professional and do a great job. People are just very impatient and don't realize how fortunate and lucky they are to be able to see a doctor and get medical attention. The way I see it is if you don't like it go somewhere else and you will find out it's the same in every office. Bottom line is you just have to wait your turn your obviously not the only one who needs to see the doctor. And if you go somewhere else, better for me it's one less person I have to worry about being seen before me 😁 Patients is a virtue learn to exercise it.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Family Health Center’s urgent care in El Cajon. When I checked in, I was told by two staff members that the wait time would be 1.5 to 2 hours. However, I ended up waiting for nearly five hours before being seen. To make matters worse, I noticed several people who checked in after me were called and left before I did. This lack of organization and transparency is unacceptable, especially for an urgent care facility. Patients deserve accurate wait time estimates and a fair system. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone seeking timely care.

If there was a zero star I would chose that instead of one. All Employees of The registration/Check-ins don’t do their job properly. If you wait at the waiting sign for hours they don’t look at you and they never call you for . I have waited for hour all people were coming after me and going straight to the personnel behind the computers but not my turn. Don’t know how it works here.
Management should take actions to train them over and over also supervise them time to time to make sure they are doing their job correctly.

They ask you to come 15 min before appointment time but keep you waiting for an hour. they are NEVER on time. I don't mind waiting 10-15 min but it's always way longer than that. we came to the dentist and there were zero people waiting before us yet it took an hour to see the dentist (and I had to push front desk to get me in cause we had somewhere else to be). won't be coming back. their lack of urgency is just disrespectful of our time.

Today I had a dentist appointment. I was so nervous, but the two ladies taking care of me did a great job. Two fillings and a small amount of pain later, and I'm a lot less anxious about my next apointment. Thank you so much.

Went had tooth pulled they messed it up hasn't healed yet also made a wound towards lower mouth I've had teeth pulled before and this never happened would really like to speak to a person in charge. This is not acceptable another dentist said that that should not have happened as area hurts I've kept mouth clean and all they messed up my tooth area bad

Today’s 3:30 12/06 visit to the vision department was horrible. I already have appointment for my daughter for high eye pressure urgency check. I went there on time there were two Mexicans at the front desk. I spoke to the lady and asked me to wait after 10 mints she called back not to get it in, but to tell me that insurance doesn’t cover this visit. Her male (May be) colleague involved in our talk suggesting changing my primary Dr. In order to be seen again which is completely awakward. Why I was basically seen here if not covering urgent matters. I told him this is stupidity and he goes angry that I looked for the Manager( African female) she came over accusing me that I used profanity and told me if you want come any more you must pay outta your pocket. Thank you vision dep for the regressed mannerism and the unorganized setting.

Today my newborn baby has appointment at 9:50 AM and unfortunately I arrived over there 9:56 AM when I ask them I have appointment the customer service staff says let me ask manager. I said every time I’m coming on time and you guys waiting me like one hours Or more than one hours and my newborn baby, she was crying a lot and still they with me more than 40 or 45 minutes then I canceled the appointment and I moved to the new clinic. I moved My husband moved and my newborn baby she moved to.
