The check in experience was horrible. Why does your check in staff BADGER and harass patients over their ride? Because you no longer allow medical transport to pick us up I had to find a last minute ride of my 90 yo neighbor who can hardly work cell phone technology. Because he wasn't there at the time of check in (nor was I told that he had to be, beforehand), and doesn't know how to use his cell phone, Amanda started being SO UNNECESSARILY RUDE to me, stating "he needs to answer the phone to prove that he's not an Uber/Lyft" and "why isn't he answering the phone, he's holding up your procedure." (My procedure that wasn't for another hour and a half from check-in). She was being so aggressive about it that I was pushed to the point of getting indignant and practically having to tell her to back off. She was adding so much unnecessary STRESS to an already stressful procedure. Same with Aria who called me the day before. Aria BADGERED me about the ride. I HATED my check in experience. Stop HARASSING your patients and criminalizing them just because their ride isn't in the waiting room with them or answering their phone!! Not everyone wants to wait around for 2-3 hours and would rather get errands done while they wait!!! Complete jerks Aria and Amanda were to me. But, once I got past the door to the nurses and the doctors were so professional and so kind. Check in can learn a lot from them.

I had eye surgery on June 27, 2024. I could not have had a better experience. Nurses were Knowledgeable, Kind, Patient. Anesthesiologist Dr. Levy was great and also Dr. Lin was great also. A shout out to Christopher 10/19. I am still recovering, but wanted to thank you all at the center for excellent care.

Very nice, clean, and professional. The staff were all awesome and great at their jobs. They were courteous, respectful, and very professional. They made me feel like a queen visiting. If you have back pain this waiting room is not for you. Terrible broken chairs that sink the back, while the frame presses against your upper thighs. Always hours late; so one spends and hour plus in a freezing waiting room. Prep procedures are rough. Blood pressure wrap left hematomas on my arms,one nurse stabbed my mid section with her nails. This is a terrible experience if you are a senior citizen. Nurses are not gentle. They are running too many patients through the operating room like a factory assembly line. Then it takes weeks to see a Dr in a follow-up. Management needs to take a serious look at the situation.

I came in yesterday for a colonoscopy and endoscopy for the first time in my life. The medical staff were very kind and made me feel welcome. Beyond professional service. The staff really wanted to see what was going on with my stomach pains, and made the experience tranquil. I also like ginger-ale now thanks to them! A+++

I went to El Mirador Surgery Center for Cataract Surgery with Dr. Takahara and was extremely impressed with the facility and all of the staff that made my experience as good as it was. It started with Kristen and Susie at Preop and was enhanced by the expertise of Dr. May as Anesthesiologist who made my experience excellent and finished with Isabella in Recovery.
I could not have asked for a better team to make what could have been a very stressful experience into an experience I would share with many friends as being the best it could have been.
