I recently had an appointment with the OB for my pap test and It was great. The Dr and the nurse made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I always get so nervous during this test.

Doctors are ignorant, old fashion and care more about their superiority complexes than their patients. They fail to listen to patient's preferences and every referral I've tried to get has fallen through. They don't accept preferences for your provider, so if you want a female dr, a poc dr, or even a dr familar with lgbtq+ community TOO BAD. Their equipment is old and outdated. Their lab makes you stand in line for an hour and a half just to be mutilated by incompetent nurses who don't know the word phlebotomist. The waiting rooms are always full of screaming children and even in the women only clinic all the chairs are taken by men. The security guards are creepy and stand waaaay to close while you check in. They call you 5 times a day to leave robotic voicemails reminding you of you appointments even if its months in advance, plus dozens of texts, and emails as if we are idiots who need constant reminders before our short term memory fails us like dory in finding nemo. This is not a clinic for well organized, smart, or capable human adults. The only saving grace to this place is the EXCELLENT NURSING staff!!!!!( excluding the lab staff) Every nurse ( again not the lab staff) who works there is kind, capable and for what they have to work through deserve to be making millions. Oh and they have free parking.

Hello I give 5 stars to this great facility and all the staff they are wonderful friendly polite and knowledgeable it was my first time being there and they were very helpful and always checking up great place to take your kids and family I would like to give a special recognition to the Doctors Specially Dr. Flipo excellent pediatrician and Dr Wheeler great family Practice they take their time to listen to your concerns and they do the best to help you. Great Doctors

I don't thing giving one star or non star make a difference because people are going there anyway. I just noticed most of feedback for this place tends to be negative. They get paid enough from insurance but they're greedy and want more. They don't hire real doctor and most of providers are inexperience and just finished school. I mad a big mistake to giving them enough chances but today was the last time …. no more El Proyecto del Barrio.
I have to adamite it < this kind of places stays open to give people bad services because of people like me . We should not support them or any other places like that , never and ever … I wouldn't go to this place if I had to pay a dollar from my packet .They must appreciate health insurance for sending lots of people to them . without health insurance , they have to scratch there head most of the day .

El Proyecto Del Barrio is a great place for Kid’s healthcare! All the healthcare staff and Doctors are very kind and caring! Dr. Lana Flippo helped me a lot and she is very compassionate about her patient’s well being! Overall, it’s a great place to get your Child’s wellness checkups including immunizations, and vision & hearing screening done.

Y’all better check this place out the people at the desk are very unprofessional. You try to get your appointment on time. They change your appointment even though you’re at one minute late five minutes late they don’t care they unchanged it. You really don’t want to take your lady that’s pregnant cause they’ll keep you hours from waiting like that so you had to change your appointment because of their fault cause lack of service they always chitchatting at desk, unprofessional talking about personal stuff life when they should be focused into work this common. Other people have said That’s why this place is at 2.2 rating star to lack of service

They need to fire the front workers, and fix their schedule for appointments, I told her my name and date of birth, she could not hear or understand me till I had to scream, I will be going somewhere else definitely not here, I could be dead by next month, I have nomonia and they wouldn’t even care if I’m dead
