El Rio Health has horrible customer service when it comes to billing. It took them over 3 months to send me a bill. I had requested a bill for my medical charges after they called me for payment. They called again and asked for payment and I asked for my bill, again. I had made multiple requests and then gave up. I surprisingly received a bill on June 12, that was dated May 25th. And it didn't show the payment I had made on May 16th. They really drag their heels. I've found their administration to be very slow, clunky and not very helpful.

El Rio Southwest, seems very racist against white people. Just the fact that she refused to put what she was saying in an email tells me she knows what she did was wrong. Socorro Debose Refused to put in an email what she was saying about treatment, or actually refusal to treat

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Completely unprofessional and disregard HIPAA. They take pleasure in humiliating patients. The reception ladies don’t answer your questions and hang up the phone when they don’t want to deal with you. A family member of mine was recently embarrassed in front of many patients in the waiting room because she previously had COVID-19, but is now negative. They continued to yell that she had covid, raised her arm up and gave her a yellow wristband. I don’t know what type of new policies have been implemented but this is a complete breach of HIPAA.

I have been trying to figure out when I’m going to get a crown on my tooth, being that I had a root canal done on September 2nd, 2021. I have been calling this office and specifically been speaking to “ERICA” or “ERIKA” and have had some of the worst customer service ever. SHE IS VERY RUDE AND UNWILLING TO HELP. SHE SHOWS NO COMPASSION OR WILL TO TRY AND HELP CUSTOMERS. I have called repeatedly after being told that I would receive a call back. This is RIDICULOUS & I FEEL AS IF I HAVE TO DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM. YOU GUYS SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO HAVE PEOPLE WORKING LIKE THIS IN THE MEDICAL FIELD. It’s a complete joke. Where is the compassion and friendly voice that’s supposed to meet you on the other side of the phone? It’s going to be 3 months in December since I have had a root canal procedure.. I cannot eat on the side of my mouth that the procedure was done, it is very uncomfortable and I’m so sick of tired and not being helped from people in the medical field who are supposed to “help” and do their job. I have been calling since October 1st trying to figure out when El rio is going to help me out and get me my crown on my tooth. As I have said before this is beyond RIDICULOUS AND I AM ENRAGED that I am going through this. You people need to do better!!!!!!!

I was trying to get a tooth extracted and they didn’t wait until I was numb to start the process of removing the tooth, sent me home with a bloody mouth and only ibuprofen. On top of that they had no records on file of the referral given to me to get my tooth surgically removed.

Their Dental Department Northwest lies everybody and their office lies once they figure it out that you are access they can't do the procedure that they've already quoted you on
