My appointment was yesterday with Assistant: Norma Chacon.
Provider: Judith Elango, DMD . The staff are not nice and not cooperative. They do not take care of the patient. She talks to me and says, “We do not have time.” She scared me. “Why the rush?” I am the patient and I had more patience than them. They are disrespectful. I agreed to have my tooth extracted, but she refused. She wanted me to make another appointment..

I’ve been a patient at El Rio for over 5 years, and I’ve always had great care there. I love that you can call and talk to a nurse on the phone, and that you can message your doctor directly online. From the front desk to the doctors, the staff seem to genuinely care and take their time with you. I highly recommend El Rio.

Beautiful, new El Rio facility. Went in for a same day appointment in pediatrics because our son broke a bone. Less than 10 min waiting time, and everyone was very friendly and helpful - from the nurses, doctors and the X-ray technicians. Highly recommend! It’s so nice to have an El Rio location that’s in central Tucson!

Absolutely nonsense I came in yesterday I had an appointment at 3:20 I waited 2 hours to at 450 they come in trying to rush the process mind you I came to this place because I got in a car accident I needed to check up on my body had to schedule an appointment for the following day came for the following day appointment was at 11:00 was not seeing till 11:30 then when I was talking back was trying to talk to the doctor and the doctor was not making sense I keep telling him don't understand I don't understand and pretty much did not help me was getting for should we meet because I was asking more questions and he couldn't answer I've never had this much problems in a doctor's office in my life and I am 31 years old will not be coming back to this location and if you don't want to waste your time I suggest you wouldn't come to

First time at this El rio, I went in for a blood lab and had a 10/10 experience. The ladies at the front desk were patient and kind, and the wait wasn’t bad at all. The real MVP was my phlebotomist Iris!! She was exceptional. She made me feel safe and comfortable. I always faint getting my blood drawn. She took her time, kept me talking and distracted and I left without so much as a dizzy spell. I will 100% come back to this location, especially if she’s the one in the lab!!

I need medically necessary dental work for heart surgery. Dental work can be done through health insurance when medically necessary like this, but this location/business couldn't even look into it. Just continued calling and harassing me over a cleaning because they kept forgetting what I was asking. Their hardly responsible enough to actually address what I continuesly inquired about. Don't waste any precious time here, not when you have urgent needs.
