My dr arranged this provider for me after being discharged from hospital for aftercare. The staff is efficient and everything feels pro. My wound care nurse was exceptional in that she transformed feet so painful that I was unable to touch the floor covered in wounds to pain free, wound free and good as ever in less than a week! Peter and Ruzana from elegance Healtg care were absolutely amazing. Helping get my grandma back at home. My grandma was hospitalized and the doctor was giving my family and my grandmother only one option for discharge to another facility rather than her wishes to home. Peter and Ruzana worked together to help bring my grandma home. Elegance genuinely cares and values about the patients comfort. I was educated by elegance health care about my grandmothers rights to her care which helped me advocate for her right to be discharged safely to her wishes. The services that were and are currently being provided for my grandmother to be safely discharged are doing home lab draws, physical therapy sessions, and even ekg! Other services that really helped my mom and myself out was the wound nurse and shower nurse. I highly recommend elegance!!!!

This is such a great office! All the staff is so nice.

All the staff seem to not care at all about my dad except for one kind nurse, Cynthiana, who has been helpful. It is just very clear that the people do not care. My dad fell and they did not even bother to tell me or even check to see if he was okay. He had horrible bruises on his forearms and and I had to find out from him that he had fallen instead of anyone else.

The nurses will call you 20 mins before they want to show up and do not schedule a day with you, so you're just expected to be available and drop everything for all of them. I don't know how this is acceptable.

Please consider a different place. I will have to find somewhere else.
