I have known Kendal for years as a professional connection. When I was in the Senior Living sector, he would go above and beyond for my residents, cleaning their equipment and delivering lifesaving devices after hours. Kendal is incredibly kind and patient with the elderly, always ensuring they are well taken care of.

Now, in my current role, many case managers speak highly of how wonderfully and quickly Elite Medical takes care of our clients. He also goes above and beyond to donate used and in great condition medical equipment to our program for the elderly that cannot afford medical equipment. I experienced this firsthand in my personal life this weekend. We had an emergency when my better half’s CPAP mask broke in the early morning hours. This was critical as he cannot sleep without it, and I can't sleep worrying about his breathing. Despite it being a Saturday, Kendal responded promptly and got us taken care of that day. His kindness and efficiency were a lifesaver.

If you want your family member to have a fighting chance do not use them. Bring broken oxygen machines and takes almost 24 hours after repeat calls to try to get them to fix it. Then they still never showed up.
